I responded to a comment slating someone for saying NG, it’s just annoying to see!

Not petrified to come and just say she’s NG though after 10 months of healthy debate here. FYI a lot of posters here were also NG, talked it all through and then came round to G when it was plain to see going by the evidence heard day in and day out. There’s nothing wrong with having your own opinion but back it up, no one is slating anyone saying NG - they’re asking for the reasons why. Reasons which still haven’t been divulged by the previous poster either. @MmmB777 for example has asked you valid questions, how would a NG situation explain those situations away?

Everyone else here has been asking each other questions and discussing them back and forth over the last 10 months to get to where this thread is now. If you find it annoying to see then this thread isn’t the place for you.

I’m 21 and can see clear as day she’s guilty. The evidence speaks for itself and regardless of life experience it’s pretty simple. Age isn’t a reason for delusion.

i'm the same age and as mentioned in the prev thread felt a bit too emotionally attached given family circumstances to look at this with as little bias as i would've liked to. the progress those babies were making in nicu up until letby's involvement is evidence enough that they can't ALL be coincidence, tragic accidents or one of those things. she's the common denominator.

The difference is, those of us who believe she’s guilty can list 1000 reasons why - based on evidence heard in court. The people who randomly pop up to tit stir to say they don’t believe she’s guilty can’t give any reason to back that up, can’t provide anything from evidence in court to show her innocence…there’s literally nothing other than them saying “I don’t think she’s guilty”. Nobody can back up why despite 56 threads of us asking people WHY they believe she’s innocent, nobody can provide a solid reason why.

Because there isn't one.

Does anyone who follows trials other than this one more closely than me know if there’s any pattern to how often a judge will say they’ll accept a majority verdict off their own back, vs because the jury have sent a note saying they’re stuck?

And similarly, how soon after a majority will be accepted is announced there is usually a verdict, or how long passes until it looks like there’ll be a hung jury?

Honestly I was lurking for months, and when registrations finally opened I panicked, chose the first thing that popped into my head with absolutely no thought whatsoever, I was worried registrations would close if I didn’t choose something quickly enough

I think it’s like that on the Fb groups the NG ones try belittling the G believers. Especially the “law” experts and the ex DCI can’t wait to see them read it and weep tbh

My fav ones from the NGs is when they say “I hOPe yOu NeVeR dO JUry DUty” - like that’s some sort of cutting insult. Am so hurt

I’m on the FB groups but I don’t comment. I also don’t belittle those who think differently to me because in reality what does it change? Nothing!

All I can say is, that the victims families deserve so much more. Those who care not to listen to their experience or what the experts have said are 'belittling' (for want of a better word) their testimonies.

Sorry if we’ve already discussed this but how long was the Harold shipman and Beverly allit cases giving evidence for? Is the length of deliberation longer because there is more evidence to go through maybe?
