I really don’t understand why anyone who is unsure or NG should just accept your reasonings but as soon as someone states their NG/unsure reasonings they get ripped to shreds?

so what if it’s been going on for 10 months that doesn’t mean people have to decide she’s guilty.

anyway I won’t speak on it anymore because clearly no one likes when someone disagrees but hey ho!

its clear the jurors are struggling and you all seem worried so moving on….!
---

Also, whatever the outcome I will accept because I’m not the one deciding or listening day in day out to what has been said.

im purely putting my thoughts out there just like ALL of you.
I think it’s like that on the Fb groups the NG ones try belittling the G believers. Especially the “law” experts and the ex DCI can’t wait to see them read it and weep tbh

I’m on the FB groups but I don’t comment. I also don’t belittle those who think differently to me because in reality what does it change? Nothing!

Well yeah. There’s a very vocal NG group over on FB. Here it’s the opposite (but that’s not without having debated it through first).

Still waiting for those reasons as to why they think innocent btw…

For discussion sake though......do you think she's not guilty because of any particular reason? Has anything cropped up in court that made you feel she hasn't done it?

So the only possible outcome is that she did it? This is why she’s on trial to find out if she did it.

hardly stirring tit when we are all waiting for the outcome…I’m not coming at all you guilty thinkers and you all shouldn’t come for the NG thinkers…

But fair enough!
I think you will find your people on Facebook because we are not them. I can’t speak for everyone but the majority of us have been here since the beginning, we’ve argued, we’ve bickered, we’ve laughed together and cried together. We’ve all shared stories, troubles, celebrated the highs and lows and we’ve become an albeit slightly dysfunctional family. We have each others backs and we are all on the guilty side of the fence. We’ve had 10 months of discussions arguments and disagreements and we’re done, we are ready for a verdict now. You are entitled to your opinion of course but to come into a well established thread and start spouting not guilty isn’t going to be well received. We haven’t come for any not guilty thinkers. We’ve stayed within our lane and kept our discussions within this thread. You have stepped onto our turf. If you don’t like what we have to say you know there the door is 🚪 👋

Glad it’s not only me that gets ducked off at this same mundane question every day 🙄
I got so sick of this rit every day that I found an app that does a family calendar. I put the meals in every week and now if if anyone asks I can shout ‘check the bloody calendar!’

They’ve been asked that question twice by @Secretbrillopad and once by myself and now yourself.

I think at this rate we’re more likely to get the verdict.

I think the babies could be let down either way in the couple that aren’t sure. Imagine the one where the care was hugely substandard, if they put that down to LL, find her G and then find out something in future proving it was “just” the substandard care that would be equally awful for the family that you’ve been led to believe someone did it deliberately and it turns out it was tit care that they’ve presumably got off scott free with. It’s the two sides…
But then this just goes back to the standard of care argument. Yes some was sub optimal, but still unexplainable medically. We will have to agree to disagree cos if any of the attempted murders were down to poor care/chaotic ward then they medically should have been explainable, and there should have been experts testifying to this, the fact there wasn’t speaks volumes. And a serial killer is a serial killer that has gone after so many, wait til we hear what comes out post verdict, there’ll be even less doubt then, and the families will feel even more let down when the rest all comes out

Here are the results compared with a similar poll on 10th July just after jury had started deliberations.

Not as many voters yet but quite a big swing from guilty of all 63% now 17%, and guilty of some but not all from 27% to 42%
Mix of guilty / not guilty / hung jury was 5% now 26%

Which 10 of you hate polls 🤣

Ooh actually I had a reading comprehension fail on the first vote - just voted for what I personally thought not what jury would say *sorry*

Why post here then..? What does it change? Nothing! Not sure what you were expecting tbh - we are at the end of trial, 10 months in, waiting for a verdict. You're not going to get people here jumping to have a debate/argument on something they've been debating/arguing since the start. Unless you have a new/different perspective that hasn't been discussed in 56 threads. Common sense should tell you this isn't the right audience or time for it.

I responded to a comment slating someone for saying NG, it’s just annoying to see!

I’ve found this user on Reddit very knowledgeable on the legalities and this is what they’ve said about the partial verdicts. So a bit of judges discretion like taking a majority verdict.
