It definitely isn’t my reason. I said my friend is a nurse and I know what can happen during a shift and it’s not all happy go lucky.

I’ve swayed from NG, G, NG to unsure…not sure how that’s me coming in to cause drama.

I forgot only the guilty thoughts are allowed, god forbid someone else having a different opinion haha!
Dunno what your mates got to do with it. I'm an actual nurse and I think she is guilty as charged, and been ever more convinced of that as the trial has gone on

People who are unsure / NG don’t seem to be able to give any reasonings for their position. That’s what I struggle with. It’s meant to be reasonable doubt but I’m not even hearing what the doubt is?
that and ‘the jury are struggling’ - if they had come back earlier then it would have been ‘the jury didn’t deliberate for long enough’. At the start of today we had had 77 hours - 7 hours per juror (less actually but forget that) which gives less than 20 mins per juror per charge. We are struggling with not knowing because we care about justice being delivered appropriately but every single one of us who communicate effectively and civilly on this thread would rather a long thorough deliberation for the sake of the babies, their families and the extensive collateral damage caused by one person.

and breathe. Peace out gang, see you 10.25am ✌🏼❤

Well done to the jury for making it in the past couple days-do we think they postponed their appointments or they won't be in tomorrow/Fri now...we know they'll probably have Mon next week off anyway 🤣 please wrap it up this week guys if you can x

I mean I’m petrified to give my reasons lol

I liter

I responded to a comment slating someone for saying NG, it’s just annoying to see!
You're being that person who rocks up at the end of a group project having contributed nothing to the output, or to any of the discussions, saying you think the group have got it wrong. But offers nothing productive. No one likes that person - just a fact of life and not specific to this group.

Christ on a bike, I go out for the afternoon with mini… erm… mini me, let’s say (mini cunning linguist ain’t right for a 4 year old, I’ll accept that 😂) and come back to 20 pages. Freaked out I’d missed it all!

I know I’m a new poster but I’ve been following these threads for months. I started out fiercely NG, then by the time she got on the stand I was completely the other way. I’ve had moments where I’ve wavered. I’m perfectly happy for people to share views I don’t agree with. But agree it would be good to know what specifics are causing people to think NG at this stage. Even if they said “oh well I think NG because of xyz but admit I haven’t read the entire wiki” etc, and are open to changing their mind if something they hadn’t spotted before is pointed out. Much like I would like to think I am - even more reason I’m keen to hear if there’s something I’ve missed from a NG point of view, if that makes sense?

But like someone said above, ultimately what does it matter? None of us are on the jury, we’re all basing our view on what we’ve read (some of us are more invested than others), we can’t change anything. As I tell mini…me, it’s nice to be nice 😊

Are the jurors identities protected does anyone know? Does anyone actually see them whilst at court or are they behind screens? I’d hate to think how they’ll be heckled once they do reach a verdict.

Sooooo… what’ve we all had for tea? Not dinner, tea 😂 I’ve just done creamy scalloped potatoes topped with lashings of cheese, with honey, mustard and pecan salmon.
Honey soy chicken stir fry. Delish!

Sick of hearing about how the NHS cover things up I swear to god. The hospital phoned the police on themselves after the investigation didn’t come up with anything PLUS given the fact she’s been under investigation for the past 5 YEARS I’m pretty sure the police would have found something. Look at her behaviour, how she doesn’t flinch despite all these crashes, how her colleagues seem on edge and nervous about them yet that slimeball is cool as a cucumber, how she’s so certain of the causes of deaths despite doctors saying they’ve never seen anything like it before.

If this is one great big conspiracy then explain to me how the doctors, the management, her colleagues, grieving and traumatised parents, the police, the cps are all involved giving the exact same recount despite having no communications with eachother.

At this point anyone is allowed their own opinion but to me it’s clear she’s a murderer, an evil waste of oxygen so I blatantly refuse to hear a single person defend her or her bull.

oh I meant to answer this on the last thread I think.

the jury can be seen by anyone in the main court. Not really in the other courts because the camera is above them on the wall behind them pointing towards the wider room. I don’t think it’s for any anonymity reasons, just the layout of the room so you can see defendant who sits opposite and barristers etc.

I saw the heads/faces of two of them as they walked back into court as the camera was lower and they were stood up. If it wasn’t such a huge trial then the public are usually in the same room as the jury and they will see them.

Now that looks delish, anything with honey goes down a treat with my brats, definitely a great way of coaxing veggies into them! This will definitely be on my list for next week. I’m doing a vegetable korma tomorrow and enchilada rice bake Friday and I want to slob at the weekend 😂
