I'm not sure I'd say looking forward to it, but I'm definitely interested to hear what BM has to say. I mean, he's got nothing to counter all the evidence of her guilt so I'm curious to see how he'll spin it...
This is it. If she hadn't taken the stand, I could have seen him being able to explain (with witnesses and in closing) a lot of her behaviour through obsessive personality traits (collecting paper and fb searches) and PTSD (change in statements etc) but she, thankfully, really screwed it up, because if these were the truthful reasons then she would have said them. Plus her then basically agreeing with the prosecutions expert witnesses.

Ok, it’s time I asked, 41 threads in. What does BIB mean that a few people include in their posts? 🤣🧐
I got unreasonably salty about this when I first joined the thread, I thought if they’re going to use jargon I don’t understand maybe this isn’t the place for me 🫣 Google was my friend 🤣

OK guys saddle up this is the ramblings of an autistic, tired zombie (me)

There's a programme on cbeebies called what's in your bag? And the different people always have a profession eg vet doctor etc and show what they bring to work (bit silly as all that stuff would be in the workplace but meh) and all I could think of is imagine Letby on that show!!!!! What's in your bag??

- suction cup dildo special edition
- 250 handover sheets
- blood gas tissue situation (unsure how to word that)
- post it notes with wild scribblings
- a freddo
- Lee cooper tracksuit(just incase)
-a live laugh love Lucy poster
-salsa pamphlets to encourage ppl in work to join
-ibiza tacky memorabilia such as keyrings and coasters
What did I forget 🤣

I reckon a diary too, she's got to keep not of her evil doings and store those post it's in.

I was just wondering how she got the pristine handover sheet home, with no damage or folds to the paper. I've bought paper home on purpose (not confidential information on other people) and no matter what I do, unless I know to bring a wallet or something, it gets crinkled, folded, etc...

To me, that just shows she was planning to bring it home.

I don't own a single pair of jeans or a leisuresuit, they're just not me and I look ridiculous in them haha. I'm tempted to buy a leisuresuit though, just so I can make leisuresuit a part of my daily vocabulary😂

I hate to say it, but overnight 2 large blue tick (cringe lol) accounts with over 70k followers each on twitter have started promoting Richard Gill on twitter, one of them being a university lecturer who co-wrote a paper with Gill about statistical issues in killer nurse cases. Both accounts are heavily conspiracy theory based and tweet a lot about antivax and tit like that.
So expect to see a large influx of morons insisting that she isn’t guilty and calling for her immediate release 🙄.

blue ticks don’t mean anything anymore do they? Can’t any old nobody like me pay for a blue tick? I think also the large followers are probably already on the conspiracy train when I see the type of content ‘jikkyleaks’ posts.

They don’t mean that you’re verified (as anyone can just pay for one) but having one means that your tweets get promoted to the top of conversations and more people see them. Which sucks when you’re spreading views which could potentially bias a jury in a current ongoing trial.

All we can hope is that so much more ‘truth’ comes out following the verdict I guess. If colleagues and nicu families (not necessarily those in the trial) come forward to support what NJ has been saying then hopefully RG will prove himself as what he is

Ah i see. Yeah that’s annoying.

I do wonder what will happen afterwards, if jury find her guilty. How far will Gill and co take the whole miscarriage of justice storyline. or will they get bored quickly and move on.

I find it worrying, does anyone know about the rules surrounding social media use for the jury / others involved in the trial? Because they’re not supposed to read about the trial but imagine you’re jury member just scrolling on twitter and tweets from people like this start popping up onto your feed for whatever reason, or someone else you follow RTs them?
Tbh I really don’t think this is going away, I think her being considered a scapegoat will probably become one of the UK’s next big conspiracy theories.

The fact that hummingbird is still going is also an important point. I hate that it’ll probably come out that she has allegedly harmed more innocent babies, but maybe that’ll also go some way towards crushing some of the utterly absurd theories and hatred of the NHS / hcp’s in general that we’re seeing flying around at the moment.

I remember the judge mentioning social media at the start of the trial and I found this from the reporting.

If it was her first placement she will have had an A4 file with poly pockets so would be easy to keep it pristine but it’s literally rule breaking ON DAY ONE! You’re allowed to have case files to study and use as evidence but if so they have to be anonymised which is drummed into you before you’re let loose on the wards.
