Comment from one of the groups… no way of knowing how true it is obviously, but the person who posted isn’t hiding their identity and is from the same town as LL.

It crossed my mind today whether she had been told she couldn’t have children due to some sort of medical condition. But then does that contradict the note which says she’ll never have family which seems to be triggered by being redeployed 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've just googled this school. It looks a very nice school almost like a private school but I cannot see that it is a private school. It describes itself as a small school and that it is oversubscribed. Someone previously said she went to a school called Bishops school so I'm not sure what to believe. If she went into children's nursing at 18 would she have known at that time whether or not she could have children, I suppose it depends on the reason.

I’ve thought this too, but not in a biological way, more like she knew herself she was a freak and that a.) she doesn’t think she’ll ever be able to keep a relationship with a man long enough to have a family (as they would probably realise she’s subnormal before they got to that point and b.) knows that if she does have children by some miracle she will never have normal maternal love for them as she is incapable.

It's 2.5 miles from where she lived so geographically it's possible.

I had a look at the school too, it looks nice but it’s actually a pretty tit school. Percentage of pupils getting 5 or above in GCSE English and maths is well below the national average and Ofsted consistently report that it requires improvement.
Idk about the not being able to have kids either, she reckons her sister knew her as they were in the same year at school and also had problems with fertility at the same time. As I say though, no way of verifying what she is saying unfortunately.
I wonder if more people who knew LL will come out with similar stories after the trial has ended though.

Looking at the ofsted it seems to be a state school. It had a lot more students in earlier years. 400 ish now.

Tbf it could have been something she told people to get attention/sympathy that was absolute bull as well.

I knew a girl in college who would make up the most wild tit to get attention. She told me that her mum was dead (she wasn’t) and told another girl she went to school with that she had cancer (she didn’t) so I wouldn’t put it past the psychopath (LL) to make tit up. However, it could be a reason why she targeted babies, as well as the fact she had access to them and they are vulnerable.

Interesting comments from the person who went to same school though they haven’t noticed the irony of complaining about armchair psychologists and then diagnosing munchausens by proxy!

I guess thyroid issues can affect fertility but in this day and age there is more than one way to become a mother so at 18 when choosing your career you wouldn’t be without hope of having kids.

Anybody can go online, pretend to know her and spin whatever narrative they like. I don’t even get the sense that LL has Factitious Disorder personally (just my opinion).

I had a girl at my school who did this, she made up the most outrageous lies about having all sorts of diseases, including cancer, and about members of her family dying (particularly her mum), then a few years later her mum actually did die very suddenly and unexpectedly… I’m not a superstitious person at all but it put some next level fear into my heart about telling lies, in case they actually ended up eventually coming true 😳.

I've been following the case and these threads loosely but I've listened to the podcast. Some of them made me cry, so so sad. I've always thought guilty but even more so now and her motive behind it all makes me sick to the stomach.

She’s f*cked up in some way or another to have done this. Whether it’s something diagnosable or not is another matter.

Omg don’t. A girl a few years below me at school did that, went on Facebook and said her dad was dead and he wasn’t, ever since that time her family had nothing but bad luck and now both her parents have passed and she’s only 24. Put the fear of god in me

Mr Bojangles is doing really well.
He had some soaked mealworms for the first time today and loved them. He doesn’t want to miss out when we’re having dinner and tries to cadge stuff even though he’s not going to like it. He’s taken to sleeping on the dish drainer (seems uncomfy) which is handy for cleaning (bleaching I may add).
I’m leaving the door open so he can go in and out as he pleases, he’s not gone far. A lot of wing flapping and has managed about a 3 - 4 foot flight. It was raining quite heavily today and he was like ‘what’s going on?’.
I didn’t realise crows have an opinion on everything, they do. Apart from the cawing, it’s hmmm, ehh, what?, is that so, or the equivalent in bird noises.
