A quick summary for those who might be reading this for the first time and don't haven't 17 hours to read the thread so far.

Twins.

Pretend to be successful in order to sell you mentoring / coaching packages.

Made a bit of money a couple of years ago by teaming up with James Burtt (for the now dissolved Champions of Mind) and Sarah Akwisombe (Llewellyn Davies managed to convince this Insta Influencer type to intro him to her audience. Sold a couple of apparently v crappy business development/coaching nonsense courses. People were up in arms at the shiteness of it, wanted their money back. He had an affair with Sarah, Everything fell apart.)

No available accounts on Companies House for any of their various "companies" (basically just the two of them registering names. Not proper businesses at all) show any indication of them earning anywhere near the SEVEN FIGURES they claim to have earned.

In the last year or so, they've lost the vast majority of their clients.

They pivoted to bodybuilding having lost all their clients/Champions of Mind. Llewy has competed and placed in a few competitions.

They sell this as positioning themselves to DOMINATE the fitness industry/be well-placed to charge you loads of money to ACHIEVE YOUR DREAM LIFE etc etc.

Completely generic social media nobodies. With largely fake Followers and horrendously low engagement (they claim, of course, that they're inundated with PRIVATE messages all the time.)

Constantly having to hawk coaching packages (despite a lack of any professional PT qualifications, or track record in business etc) at REDUCED RATES. Like a never-ending DFS sale.

Lie endlessly about business they're about to start. Off the top of my head - fitness brand, whisky brand, protection dogs, property investment branding business.. It goes on and on.

Rhys has also, shamelessly, claimed he's bought his mum's house for her. Over and over again. He hasn't.

In fact, both live in very average rented properties, having lead people to believe that they've purchased large houses in the past. They haven't. Ever.

In short, they've had no legitimate business success, no sustained success in any of the other areas they refer to (football, boxing etc etc), have fake/unengaged social Followers.

Oh, and love to moan about how people calling them out on their endless bullshit (ie on this thread) are HATERS. The easy way out of the onlne snowflake, of course.

I'm sure there's more others can add. But basically, it's all bollocks.

I’ve not been on here in ages as I’ve had too much going on in my life to care what these con artists are upto, but I just popped on for a nose.
Good to see you’re still here, exposing the truth.
I came across the insta page that has been set up by one of you (I’m guessing), but I don’t want to follow it back because I have the twins on my page & don’t want to expose myself.
I feel for Carly. She was big in her industry before Llewy got his claws in her, and he’s piggy backing off of her success.
I don’t like seeing her being called a ****** and stuff though. She’s got her figure through really hard work, and because looking that way isn’t a classic ‘feminine’ look, doesn’t make her a man.
We have to remember she is also a victim of abuse, but she won’t see it with clarity until it’s over.
I don’t believe that things are good for Rhys and Shan currently as he’s been sending me dirty messages again which stopped for a while when they were first together.
The man is a pure sex pest and he thinks that any woman would swoon over him. Not now that he wears turned up beanie hats to hide a receding hairline, and has got seriously wrinkly skin next to his eyes because he has zero fat on his body and has aged 15 years in the past 1 year
I eagerly await Llewy’s court case.

Don't pay them any money for advice, that's for sure.

For a few years I've suffered with very bad anxiety and it took me a very long time to pluck up the courage to step foot in a gym. I used to stand outside in the car park the first few weeks and contemplate about going in and I would look inside and if it was just a little busy I would get back in my car and drive home. Eventually I started going late at night when it was almost empty. As the months passed I overcame my anxieties with the help of a professional and eventually was in the gym in the afternoons working out among other people. Training helps a lot with my mental health which I have had problems with for a very long time. One particular day I was on a machine when just before my last set I was very thirsty so took a short walk over to the water machine to full up my bottle. I had folded my jumper neatly on the seat of the machine so people knew someone was still using it. I was only gone about thirty seconds and when I returned my jumper was no longer there. It was creased up on the floor a few feet away. The machine was taken over by two big black men and one slim white guy but i can't recall really what he looked like other than he was white and slim. I said to them excuse me I was using this machine and one of the two big blokes said so? I said can I just do my last set and they replied no you fucked off. I said I just went to get a drink quickly they said it was not they're problem. I began shaking my anxiety was getting very bad but I asked them did you throw my jumper on the floor. The biggest of the two then got very aggressive and shouted "are you fucking accusing us" shaking at this point I said no of course not. The other one then replied good now fuck off otherwise we will fill you in in the car park. I then left and have not been back to that gym or any other gym since. I now train at home with some equipment I bought online. I eventually found out the two aggressive men were Llewellyn and Rhys Davies. I've I've following this thread ever since. I really hope these two scumbags get what is coming to them.

The lemon Llewellyn Davies has history for physically assaulting more than just one woman. A porn star named Brooke Jameson (Carmen Jaye) spoke about this on a Facebook video quite a few years ago after her relationship with the lemon Llewellyn Davies ended.

Being someone who has connections at many gyms across the West Midlands, it’s easy to find out who these two fuckwits are and what they get upto in gyms.

Let’s start with Coventry..

They got turfed out of Red Corner gym for constantly messing around with the boxing promotors by pulling out of fights at the last minute which cost them money and then not paid them the money back. The tinpot twins then went to Future Fitness gym and started doing personal training under an unregistered business, Triple V, where they owed the owner, Clint, a few grand in unpaid rent so they got turfed out of there. The tinpot twins then went to the fitness factory and the big bullshitting Bentley bellend Rhys Davies abused the owner’s son. The owner, Ray, was understandably deeply enraged and chased the pair of them out when he found out and they’ve not been back since. They then went to Pro Gym and initially became quite pally with the owner and started selling their dodgey gear, the owner was initially in on it with them until the lemon Llewellyn Davies stole some protein powder and some other supplements so the owner turfed them both out. They threatened the owner but it didn’t come to much as you would expect. The tinpot twins then took themselves to bodymasters gym where they sold their dodgy gear but started to threaten and bully some members. They picked on the wrong guy because he sent a load of his relatives there all tooledup and they chased the tinpot twins out and inevitably got turfed out of there when the owner found out what they were really like. The tinpot twins then took themselves to Pure Gym in coventry city centre, started bullying guys there, got reported and got turfed out of there as well.

Birmingham

They trained at Ultimate Fitness where they filmed their pathetic YouTube content. Started selling their dodgy gear there and when questioned about it by the owner, Si Fan (sound guy by the way) they started threatening him and he turfed them out.
They then took themselves to Base Gym and picked up from where they left of, carried on bullying guys smaller than them and those on their own and continued selling their steroids until the owners there found out and told them where they can go.

More recently, they have had issues with the owners at Foundry Gym in Cannock regarding shooting for their new tinpot YouTube channel so they’ve been told where they can go by them as well.

However, despite your personal opinions, a scam is where somebody is dishonest and doesn’t deliver what they promised. And I’m simply not doing that.

Yes - what I do might not be everybody’s cup of tea. And you may feel it’s a load of rubbish and just for money.

I’m not here to change your opinion if that’s what you want to believe.

But what counts to me is that the people who do pay me for my services DO value it. They don’t think it’s a load of rubbish or a scam and they feel they are getting what they paid for.

All my clients have provided me with some really lovely feedback and are all happy with the services they’ve received.

But if you have concerns or want to talk to me about my business then please do come chat. I’ve nothing to hide.

Just calling somebody a scammer and getting them to “bite” on a public forum with no experience of actually working with me or any evidence to backup your claims (aside from my association with the twins and your personal opinions) is easy to do, but doesn’t really achieve anything other than a cheap dig that isn’t really nice to see.

My current prices?

My membership is £19 per month (after a 14 day free trial), my 121 clarity calls are £75 and my monthly 121 coaching packages are £450 for the whole month. I’m very much at the cheap end of the scale by the industry standard fees. For example, the Tony Robbins course I completed suggested that new coaches could charge in the region of $200 for a clarity call.

Again - you’re more than welcome to have the opinion that my prices are a rip off (as somebody who’s never even worked with me and thinks the whole industry is a rip off). But the people who pay me don’t!

And surely that’s got to be what matters when deciding if something is a scam?

So please, live and let live. My content is not pushing what I do onto anyone. I don’t use “scare tactics” to get people to sign up and I don’t claim to be somebody that I’m not living in a rented Manor House or leasing cars. That’s not me. It never was.

People can make their own decisions on whether they want to work with me or not. And it’s completely their choice.

And when somebody does work with me, there’s ZERO pressure or fear tactics to make them feel like they’re worthless or going to fail if they don’t pay me for more!!

And very quickly I found myself in a position where I was made to feel embarrassed if I was to quit and stop paying him.

I don’t know the exact amount I paid in total. But it was in the region of £50k over 18 months.

But here’s the important thing I take away from it all…

In many ways, working with the twins was valuable because it truly opened my eyes to the man (and coach) I NEVER want to be.

What started out as being somebody who was in awe of their confidence, energy, passion, enthusiasm and seemingly “perfect life” with a loving marriage, beautiful kids, nice home and great business… eventually became a HUGE lesson that only means I’m more aware than ever before.

It helped show me just how fake and dangerous social media, bodybuilding and coaching truly CAN be and has only made me want to go in the complete opposite direction.

Yep, 30. Three zero. Even beginners.

Still trying to work out exactly how that works. The Tinpot Twins aren't qualified PTs as far as we know and won't hold any professional indemnity insurance. So what f**king gym is going to let them hold a THIRTY PERSON gym session in a couple of weeks?!?!?

There is, of course, no confirmed date. If you had ANY confidence in yourselves as event organisers, the location and date would be publicised - it is only a couple of weeks away after all.

Much easier to do the old "we'll confirm everything in a bit" routine and then quietly let it drop when no f**ker is interested. Real professional, real accountable, real transparent..

Also it's FREEEE.. But you have to pay the gym entry yourself.

How much would it cost this pair of prawns to offer it 100% FOC - £300? 30 attendees at £10 a time pay-as-you-go entry, at most? Seems weird to be of the multi-millionaire mindset and yet not be able to cover those costs.

Basically all they're offering is a day of their not-very-in-demand time on an unspecified date in January in an unspecified gym in Worcs.

Given their track record, there's a 99.99% chance this isn't going to happen. But let's be generous and give them the benefit of the doubt - look forward to seeing the congruent, fully transparent documenting of the 30 guys in the gym in the first week of January.

I imagine Llewy will be arriving in the Rolls Royce Wraith he promised to get this time last year...

According to Instagram, Carly Thornton has evidently borrowed Llewy's (ageing) Bentley for a Sunday drive. "Why not?" she asks, as she clambers in.

Oooooh, here's a few potential reasons for you...

It hasn't had an MOT. FOR A YEAR!

It failed SPECTACULARLY in October when he tried to get it MOT'd. EIGHT MONTHS LATE!

Now, maybe the super-successful Llewy immediately attended to the THREE Dangerous Defects (the "Do not drive until repaired" bit below), the TWO major defects and the THREE advisories below. But then, he hasn't got it MOT'd since, so, maybeeeee not.

I mean, it's only the brakes that were completely fucked back in October, so nothing to worry about when you let your Mrs drive it, eh?!

Obvs a few uninformed / gullible types on Carly's Insta think it's all "whoa, you go girl", "if you earn it, you flaunt it", "" etc etc.

The reality (for those uninformed that might be reading) is that it's a very old car that he can't afford to run. The truly successful don't run shitbuckets like this, trying to look rich when they can't stump up the £££ to maintain it.

Yes I remember it well, he was asking anybody and everybody to come to his house for a fight! Haha. I think if memory serves me right, he got the police called out to him twice around then, the first time being when he broke lockdown rules taking his car for a wash right after coming back from the Dubai holiday (where Georgia archer rinsed his money and then told him where to go right after, also the one where he pretended to stay at the 7 star holiday) and then second one being when he had the three musketeers (Matt Hall, Alec Witts, Pretesh Parmar), Nisha Parmar, Dean Blackstock and oh oh oh what for it… the big bullshitting Bentley bellend Rhys Davies (the better laughing stock of the tinpot twins) around talking a load of shit with them goblets. He was ranting on almost a daily basis around then. Funny times.
