My washing machine has a timer display and there is no way the last minute is a only minute. I end up wandering off to do something else then when I return it still says one minute.
A washing machine minute is not the same as a real life minute. Could be 30 seconds, could be 4 minutes 🤷🏼‍♀️

People who are late at the cinema and wander in slowly, not even having the courtesy to do that kinda half crouching down thing and doing it quickly. Just fully blocking the screen and taking their time. Folk are so selfish.

Especially when they start to use flashlight to locate their seat number 😞

This cinema talk reminds me of being a kid in the 90s and there was a man with a torch who would actually show you to your seat 😅 totally forgot that was a thing

When you put your phone camera on and it’s somehow set to face you 😱 (I don’t want to see my baggy old features in close up, thank you very much!)

Can we add parents who let their kids talk, scream, kick seats and do nothing at the cinema?

I hate having to turn and shout "Hey!" to a kid to make them shut up, when their parents are sitting next to them.

If you know that your child is unable to be quiet for over an hour, please, don't ruin it for other people.

My dishwasher (I'm sure this is making a repeat mention in these pages).

It won't clean the dishes properly, despite my trying two tablets (in the rack as well as the dispenser) ... half the time it won't even release the one in the dispenser.

I have had the repairman around twice, and he cannot find anything wrong with it. The first time he came, it performed perfectly on a 90 minute cycle (he went to another job and returned later), and continued working well for a month. Then it started playing up again, so I called him out. Again, it worked perfectly for him - just doing exactly what I do - and continued working well for a couple of weeks.

Now, it's playing up again and it's driving me maaaaaad! I even tried different tablets, and powder, in it, to no avail. Plus I bought a cleaning thing and ran it through, and have checked its waste bits and pieces aren't clogged. I'm about to throw the darned thing out the window! The repairman is booked for Thursday, which feels far too far away.

Phoning my mum up, who has her washing machine and TV on full blast. So you're suddenly emerged into a noisy atmosphere.
Have an hour long conversation about how she favours my sister over me and I'm behaving like a petulant teenager (even though I'm over 40).

To hang up and realise, my background is deadly silent and I've been talking very loudly because no one else can hear the noise at mum's house...and my neighbours (or those around me) now know my true maturity levels.:oops:

That false sense of security annoys me!

The cinema gives me rage tbh. I use to love going. Now it’s over priced and there is always an annoying person near me who either talks all the way through it, crunches loudly, is a child who can’t keep quiet or still, or has a cold. The last time I went to the cinema pre covid I went to a cinema which you share a table with the person next to you so it could be a random person, and the person I shared it with had a stinking cold and used our table to keep her dirty snotty tissues.

How expensive bras are for big busts.

A bra sets me back a good £30/£40 minimum everytime.

Why can smaller busts get nice sturdy bras for £2/3!?

Fucks me off.

Also hate when people with D cups say they have a big bust- that’s not big and you can find decent bras for a decent price.

living with H+ cup size sucks 😩

You sound like a dishwasher expert so I’m sure you know everything but do you use dishwasher salt and rinse aid???? When mine doesn’t clean stuff properly and I top up and salt and rinse aid everything is shiny again

I have a Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher. It’s a year old as I left my other one, which was 11 years old but in perfect condition, at my old house when I moved. It was expensive but a great investment and I loved it. From day one, the new model was nowhere near as good as my old one, everything about it is poorer quality. Anyway, I’ve noticed that it’s extremely temperamental in cleaning anything properly unless it’s a flat plate etc and if I put anything in it like a bowl or pan, it’s hit and miss whether the jet spray reaches it properly. I’d suggest you try out just doing plates, cups and things and see how it does, compared to bigger, rounder items. Like me, you might end up having to do more, less crowded loads. The only benefit I have is that at least I can put the two drawers on at the same time😞

ETA Despite being able to previously just use 3 in 1 tablets, I have to also add rinse aid and salt. I’m in a hard water area which does affect it.

This!! Big bras are SO bloody expensive, I end up wearing mine til they are literally falling apart 😩 it’s not fair.

My husband being incapable of putting the hoover away after he’s used it. LeCes the cable lying all over the floor so you’re tripping over it. I’m not kidding, he has left hoovers like that for days (when I purposely don’t put it away). It’s like he doesn’t see it and just lives his life around it. Makes my blood boil. When you point it out he’s so blasé about it too.

I'm 28/30 band size and they're not available anywhere except specialist shops so yep minimum £30 a pop for a bra 👍 bleeping extortionate.

I’m really annoyed I don’t own a dishwasher now. Also on the bra front why are the bigger sized bras so ugly?

My dishwasher is like this too, cleaned it out, shove the tablet in the dishwasher itself instead of the tablet dispenser, yet my cups especially keep coming out with food on them, I even set it to a pre wash, it’s worse if I put bowls in that have cereal on them like weetabix or shreddies & if put plates in off the roast dinner (I do scrape the food off everything) you can feel the starch on the cups had someone out to look at it as well but can’t find anything wrong with it!
