Absolute bollocks if you believe everyone can eat well 100% of the time and never gain weight. It’s not necessarily to do with a binge/restrict cycle but eating is a much deeper rooted issue than that - I’m qualified in PT and nutrition before anyone starts (unlike Carby, who just thinks her opinion is fact and that’s final).
Yes, it is a strict plan, does that make it dangerous and therefore Lindsey a bad person for following it? No.
If you don’t want your daughters following it, then monitor what they are doing and try to understand why they feel they’d like to follow it and lose weight and try to understand those deeper rooted issues, rather than looking for others to blame.

She doesn't have a personality outside of these. Its sad really. I've never been pregnant and don't intend to for a few years, so not speaking from experience but she is so unrealistic. People would prefer seeing your reality of growing a human than her fantasy version because even easy ones are exhuasting.
