I’ve been listening to it this week - it is quite funny but also they don’t seem to have any shame or embarrassment about what little shits they were growing up or the privilege that allowed them to access their careers. I mean, imagine what fuckers they had to have been to have had to be moved to like six or seven schools?! They def strike me as bullies.
Miquita is funny but she sounds like hard work and quite manic.

I feel sorry for her daughters as she doesn't seem to prioritise them and her eating disorder must be very difficult for all concerned. Speaking from experience it's not great when you're a bigger (at a perfectly normal weight) as a tween/teen compared to your adult mother. Lily looks like she's trying to regress to her early 20s.

You're right, there's clearly something wrong with David Harbour and he's not the "nice guy" he makes out to be.

I got shady vibes from him back in 2017/18 with how fast he latched on to Alison Sudol. He found her music on Spotify mid December, then followed her on IG and literally overnight he was in London spending New Year with her. Following her on that arctic expedition she went on, they got a dog, and were popping up everywhere together, then poof - they were done.

Don't think it's ever come out why they split but she moved on really quickly to Tom Cullen, and was pregnant by him quite fast, so I got the impression she was ready for a family and he wasn't, which is why I was a bit shocked to see he'd shacked up with Lily.

I dunno, but he clearly goes in hard and fast and then loses interest or can't maintain his interest. I heard he got pretty fucked up over Julia Stiles but that was over a decade ago now. I found out recently that his mum died in late 2019, so you never know what that does to someone with regards to relationships but I think it happened after he met Lily. But there's certainly something that doesn't sit right with me about this pairing.

He gives me vibes I don't like and I agree that I don't think anyone who's legitimately happy and content in their relationship/life ends up losing so much weight and just looking terrible in general. She's either trying too hard to be someone/something she isn't for him, or the stress of maintaining the relationship is literally eating away at her.

She's clearly invested a lot into it, in terms of money with that house but also with her kids. Dividing them between London/NYC because of him, if/when it goes to shit it'll fuck them up all the more to have their lives up ended again. That could be what's stressing her, the old "sunk cost fallacy" keeping them together.

When you look back at the time she became famous, they all have/had eating disorders. Amy Winehouse’s brother believes it wasn’t drink or drugs that killed her but her years of abusing her body through bulimia and starvation.

Then across the Atlantic the whole Rachel Zoe set who were encouraged to starve themselves Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan and Mischa Barton.

Nicole Richie is still tiny and it’s not her natural
body type, whatever she says - The Simple Life and younger photos of her demonstrate that. She must go to fairly extreme measures to stay so small consistently and especially as she ages.

I fully believe like many others on here that she has an ED. However I just see she is now hired for a campaign with Armani and is yet again a cover girl for Glamour. My mum has been a Pilates and Yoga instructor for 40 years, still does it every day in her 70s and is very healthy. She has never looked like that. She still has a healthy amount of fat on her body and has defined muscle. Her ribs don’t show and doesn’t look skeletal in her face. Stop trying to normalise whatever Lily is doing because we all know she doesn’t look like that naturally and she clearly isn’t healthy.

Yeah I think she looks amazing but I have an barely dormant eating disorder so I often think unhealthy-thin is beautiful and make excuses for it. She doesn't look well but I hope she is.

She likely swapped her various addictions for an addiction to exercise and extreme dieting.

Cringing about her recent podcast clip about how she ordered so much room service for herself that the attendant thought it was for two people It's really disturbing when people that have obviously lost dramatic weight pretend they eat so much. She's a toxic toxic person. No point to telling that "story" either. Many sensitive young girls and boys will wonder how someone can be so skinny and eat whatever they want. It really makes me mad that she's seen as a role model by many.

I find myself quite liking both of them these days. I used to think they were dicks and I do still think they were dicks but I think they have actually changed a lot and are showing that they are somewhat capable of reflecting on their behaviour and are trying to live differently these days. I mean, not totally, they're definitely not perfect and they're both still slightly toxic in the way that I think almost all famous people are just by the nature of being famous, but ya know.

I think they do acknowledge their privilege - not perfectly like I said - and they're both still definitely ignorant about a lot of stuff, but i guess im cutting them some slack for some reason.
Idk, I feel like people who got famous when they were young and grew up in show business are just on a completely different planet to us and are actually incapable of not being at least a little bit self obsessed /self absorbed and hugely egocentric . So considering that, they're not seeming that bad these days especially compared to a lot of celebs. it's a very low bar for thinking someone is alright by them being "not as bad as some other celebs"- I know - but hey

If that’s the case, and I don’t know what she said, but I don’t think anyone on Tattle has the high ground there tbf I mean, it was daft to do it in public but does anyone actually like Fearne Cotton? I don’t particularly like Miquita, but I get bored of celebs these days who pretend to like everyone they come into contact with or drop a vague ‘I know someone who’s a total bitch/arsehole, but I’m not gonna say who’.

@Lily being a nepo baby: in comparison to Bono‘s daughter she might have had the money and the connections (maybe not on the same level though), but, Bono is an international rock star, in which millions of people have interest, which then would want to find out who his daughters and her abilities are. Because they are interested in Bono as a person, and his family. Now I don’t know how big Keith and Allison really are in the UK, but outside the UK, they are not popular at all. So her parents are no reason for the rest of the world to be interested in her.

I’m not quite sure what the point you’re making here is? As you said, nepo babies get opportunities and a foot in the door through their connections and wealth, not because the audience is interested in what x or y’s offspring can do. But they still have a leg up over thousands of other kids who have don’t have those connections and it’s rife in the industry, with many of them not even acknowledging the privilege they’ve had, like Lily did. Yes, they have to be ambitious and talented to stay in the business they’ve chosen once they’re there, but thousands of ordinary, w/c kids who go to drama school won’t even get that chance in the first place.
