so it's very highly unlikely they will be able to save for a mortgage, or be accepted for one even with a deposit

Love the latest, we hve bought a secondhand hot tub for felicity’s leg pain!! She can’t sit in the bath but can manage a hot tub. Omg I’m sure that family have not got a brain cell between them.

There are lots of people getting rid of hot tubs all for the same reason...running costs and keeping them clean.
