he's the male caroline flack. he's had the piss taken out of him on videos by a multitude of celebrities over the year - limmy, justin hawkins etc. there was a video put up the ther day - liam payne - try not to cringe video. he's saw all these and he's finally flipped and jumped.

No in 2021 he was threatening Maya he was going to jump off a balcony while off his tits on coke then chased her with an axe. He's had thoughts about jumping off balconies for a few years. He was taken to rehab sadly he started using again. The biggest drug in Argentina is Paco which is by products of coke it gives a very potent high and needs to be smoked.
It's no one's fault , unfortunately he had a bad reaction to drugs.

I've got a bad feeling about him, like morbid feeling. He seems unstable. First the behaviour in that interview, then the rampant self image probs.
He seems to be the only one of 1D who hasn't been able to tour solo.
He did a few private performances last year that Deux Moi covered. How else is he bringing the money in now. Even Louis just did a small tour.

I’m not sure whether we’ll ever find out if he jumped off the balcony to commit suicide, thought he could dive into the pool from there or was trying to get away by climbing over the balcony. The only real way to get answers is if anyone witnessed him going over the balcony. It’s really unfortunate that he died as the 3rd floor didn’t look that high, but I suppose if you land on your head, it’s game over

I doubt he did it with the intention of suicide. It sounds like he was off his head and unable to make rational decisions. Even if he jumped on purpose, I doubt he was thinking about the outcome.

My boyfriend was 7 when his dad died. He said he feels for Bear more than anyone else because he knows what it’s like to lose your dad suddenly at 7. It’s sad all round.

Having grown up around addicts, I can safely say that there’s only so much you can do. You can’t tie them down and force them to do anything. I have empathy for anyone going through addiction and mental illness, but you can’t blame their family for not doing enough. I’m sure they tried and tried

Even though I'm an old boot, I actually like a lot of 1D songs and harry and nialls solo stuff. What struck me today reading on the DM, that Liam had time for his fans when he was approached, posing for selfies. He seemed a nice person. Also, looking at other pictures of him, he seemed very sad behind his eyes. Speaking as a mother, I truly hope this was a tragic accident and he didn't suffer. He could have been having a psychotic episode brought on by drugs.

I feel so sad for his family and Cheryl. There's no way they were privately informed of his death before it became world news.

It was literally reported by TMZ about 90 minutes after it happened. It's terrible to think that his family might not have been informed before it was public news.

Actually so emotional over Louis and Zayns posts you always think you’ll have more time and it just shows how short life is I think it’s such a massive shock for so many my teenage self who ran a Twitter account and was utterly obsessed with 1D literally can’t comprehend he’s passed

Regardless, there was an abuse of power from her on him. Were this the other way around and it was an older man on a younger woman, there would have been a bigger outcry. In essence, it's not too dissimilar to Schofield and the lad.

This may be an unpopular point of view but I find it nauseating people saying ‘poor Cheryl’. Yes it is not going to be easy breaking that news to their son BUT they split a long time ago not last week. She moved her mum into HIS house and forced him out. She’s got what she wanted. A child without the need to now co-parent. I have no doubt she tried to support but in my opinion, she’s not blameless and does not deserve pity. Save that for his friends, family and son

The 1D boys will release a statement. It’s very common for those where groups are involved in whatever way to group together & release a joint statement initially & not immediately. Look at the Friends cast when Matthew Perry died. They did a group announcement & then individual tributes when they felt able.

I always thought it was odd Harry surrounded himself with people 10+ years older than him (& frequently much older) during the latter 1D years but in hindsight, I think smart move. He had genuine adults looking after him, adults who could keep him grounded & navigate the industry with him. I honestly think that’s moulded him into the stable human being he appears to be today. He’s shied right away from an online presence & I think that’s by far the healthiest thing to do when you are that famous.

An interesting line in the Daily Mail about the girlfriend who was supposed to stay in Argentina for 5 days, but ended up staying for two weeks before then leaving saying on TikTok “'I was just like, I need to go home,'

Reading between the lines, did she see him, realise how bad things were for him and extend her stay before realising that he needed much more help than she could give? His behaviour at nialls concert was so unsettling. That wasn’t just drink.

Either way, very sad that he or those around him couldn’t get him the help he so obviously needed.
