The bit in bold is what I said, what’s the issue here?
There’s no issue at all.
I’m just curious as to why you read my comment where I said “this isn’t something new” and thought that I was saying that therefore people should say nothing about it, when I quite clearly wrote in my comment that I don’t think anyone should be allowed to be naked in public?

I wouldn’t bother. They’re always here trolling.
Trolling?

Nope just posting on a thread about LGB issues. This took place at a parade.

Please report any posts you feel are not in the spirit of Tattle.

It’s on the point of normalising isn’t it I asked so because it’s not new people shouldn’t say anything that’s all

We both hopefully agree that this nudity business around children should be stopped at Pride events

Yes we do indeed agree. If you go back and read my original comment again, you’ll see I did explicitly write that I disagree with public nudity unless it is happening in specifically designated spaces (ie a nudist beach). Hence my confusion at your comment implying that I thought people shouldn’t complain.

Apologies for offending.

Just out of curiosity were my other posts about just stop oil protestors and Zack also triggering?

From the GD thread…

Ensay:
Oh I love Datalounge. We’ve probably argued on there without knowing it. 😂

I think comparing events/situations with words or phrases is a false equivalence. Though to answer your question, I’m not in favour of banning any words, though I wouldn’t use that word myself.

@Ensay we definitely haven’t argued on Datalounge, I should know as I’m not a member. just a (at most times) horrified lurker which makes me all the more grateful to Tattle when looking at the level of discussion sometimes to be had on there. I don’t think on Tattle you would get anyone saying (or surviving a ban) in response to a comment like “I like this singer” like “they are tit, duck off and die you weird dumb gay c**t”. It’s vicious, but not even in a humorous way, IMO.

Also, your second paragraph, I don’t get how you don’t think it’s the same given it’s the response to your reply on the other thread?

Finally, not directed directly at you, but sort of in a way because you’re the one that said it: but I don’t understand the constant accusations of @daydreamer95 of trolling. Maybe there’s posts I haven’t seen but it just seems like a poster replying sometimes robustly (not rudely) to people whose opinion they disagree with. The mods are hot on trolling and rude behaviour on here so I think they would have been removed from this site by now if they thought they were causing trouble

No one has said they feel offended by your posts or are saying that they find them ‘triggering’. I’m not sure where you’re getting this from… you’re allowed to post whatever LGB related stuff you want on this thread.

I think it must have been a full moon that other night as all our hackles seemed to be raised and we were on edge with each other, think we should just move on past from what was posted and continue this My big Greek Wedding LGB Family thread 🙂
oh dear, no wonder this thread is active today… 🌝🌚

A worthy achievement and something to put on your CV hun.
I read about a historic link between LGB and lycanthropy that I never believed in but after the way this thread goes a little angrily off kilter the nights of the full moons and then peacefully fine and forgiving the day after, I’m starting to maybe believe it 😬

See you at midnight LGBWfs!

Is this a hun off situation not sure how to take this

I said it as a joke and the person it was intended for took it as such, even though it’s meant as a light hearted joke being able to find common ground is a good thing imo

The last few days at midnight I've been playing the new Zelda game. Thank Nintendo for making this place peaceful. 😂

Sorry I missed this. I don't think my notifications seem to work properly when I get @'d, but they do when I get quoted! No idea why.

Datalounge can be a little off colour admittedly, but not all threads are bad. It relies on self-moderation and you can adjust your settings when you're a member to auto posts that get downvoted, which wipes out a lot of the troublemakers.

I won't speak on the other subject as I saw a mod edit and I don't want to push things. It's time like this I'd love it if we had DMs cause then you don't have to worry about derailing or going off topic.

Sorry Daydreamer I always add the word hun after copying it from a influencer who lives in Cornwall. It means like honey, not the nomad warrior Huns who terrorized China.

Thought it waas a good thing you did find something to agree on.

This was the all ages event the cyclists stopped at as you can see there’s topless women with their children not part of the cycling group of men

I’m pointing this out so it’s clear these men didn’t just turn up naked there was already people there letting it all hang out

Why are Pride events having children and nudity in public places?
