Perhaps that was a good thing as she was far calmer on BBC London than when on LBCI like Petrie but have only heard her on BBC London..
Was she sacked? She left to write a book with her sister or something. I never quite bought that reason.
Remember Susan Quilliam? Her shows were always enlightening. There was Jane Moore who co-presented with John Nicholson, an early breakfast show. Then there was Fiona Richmond with her (midnight?) 'adults only' show !!!
I don't know but it was all a bit strange when she left. Maybe she had personal reasons. Was she sacked?
I thought her surname was too close to the subject matter of her programmes....Remember Susan Quilliam? Her shows were always enlightening.
Sorry, but I don't think this thread is too slow moving, it's consistently on page 1 of Off-Topic.I think just keep it simple, it's too slow moving and varied.
Should probably be moved to the TV, film and media forum too
Glad we're getting to a third thread though
Slow moving like most of the people who postSorry, but I don't think this thread is too slow moving, it's consistently on page 1 of Off-Topic.

Yes, heard that. Was anyone else listening to Tom with the animals Vs humans lives? Seems to have brought out loads of funny callers. They can't all of been serious
And they kept saying to him how they'd rather random dogs and cats were saved over his own children's lives , that's about as close to loosing it as I've ever heard him
Steve is thinking about buying a throwaway BBQ and some sausages to cook on it. You just know he's going to try and do it in his kitchen! Given his history of culinary disasters, he'll probably end up in the burns unit again!Yes, heard that.
He actually stifled a laugh...a few seconds of silence...a "sorry" & then continued with the caller.
Catherine Tate is charging Β£70 for an autograph & a photo
Dick van Dyke charges $900 for his autograph
Steve - "I was somewhere in-between at Β£100, you got a poster of me too, there was quite a queue at one signing event...like a conveyor belt"
"It's Dick VAN DYKE For God Sake!"
Or carbon monoxide poisoningSteve is thinking about buying a throwaway BBQ and some sausages to cook on it. You just know he's going to try and do it in his kitchen! Given his history of culinary disasters, he'll probably end up in the burns unit again!
It was pretty odd, so many callers were phoning in outraged and disgusted with what they heard but it took a while to see what side they were on - valuing Tom's kids lives or animal lives moreYes, heard that.

Ah it's all relative, Katie price is going through a thread a day!Sorry, but I don't think this thread is too slow moving, it's consistently on page 1 of Off-Topic.
Could you draw me a map to the tv, film & media forum please?
Obviously I move like a gazelle dancing across the desserts of Africa whilst being chased by a cheetah ....Speak for yourself, I am fairly lithe & flexible
You called !!!!! Apologies, I have only just seen this. When I looked at the Alerts index it only showed posts from last night. I thought I saw them all yesterday, but decided to dip in this evening.
If that was the case, then how come some people on a forum i shall not mention, seemingly criticise everything and all about LBC?I gave up on LBC with James O'Brien constantly droning on about Brexit and Trump. So depressing.
Then I found Mike Graham on Talk Radio at 10am, never looked back! He makes me laugh....
