Apart from the obvious .. ugh
She did a good workout especially considering she’s been out of the gym two years and she’s also lost weight (on the jab, my old guess and I’m sticking with it because her diet hasn’t changed much).

She's not doing that gym any favours- they're supposed to have childcare areas. Or you know- a rule of not taking your kid at all.

Dear lord shes awful, Larose needs to be in a nursery to learn how to socialise, a couple of days or even mornings to start then Big Loz can go the gym, if she keeps her away till school shes going to have hell when she drops her off, and poor larose wont be prepared

I thought I'd post these up for the blocked club! 
I cannot work out if you are naive or Lauren! The only weight she has lost is the baby weight, she is still massive as the new mag photos showed. These videos are filtered to duck, her real body is nothing like that. And as for doing a workout she has literally posed for the camera and that is it, she has not done a workout at all. .Am loving, however, seeing Larose’s character emerging. She’s getting as far away from that infernal phone screen and its owner as fast as her little legs can carry her bless her.
I won't shame her workout, because it's really really hard to get back into the gym even if you are fit before a long gap (let alone 2 pregnancies) BUT one thing I totally hate is people taking selfies. YOU ARE THERE TO WORK OUT. JUST WORK OUT.

I actually have a nickname between my friends "* Ninastar'sRealName * Red Beard" because I have a strange type of redness that only seems to go to the very bottom of my face, while the rest goes ghostly white. So cameras can get to feck!
She’s not at a gym. Keely, the PT runs it from a garden building in Essex,
she probably has the bare minimal PL insurance limit in place and I’ll assume she has duck all PI insurance or council permission
once the session was done, she drove to a place with soft play and plonked her arse on a mat with a coffee
