According to Reddit - The lawyer requested a delay until 11am to file the new evidence and terrifying threats he posted last night and he has been ordered to now appear physically in court.
Look at him sat there in his suit and tie like that’s going to help.
He talks about loving his kids but if he truly loved those kids he would never speak about their mother in that way, especially so publicly. All he had to do was get sober and he couldn’t even manage that. Sorry excuse of a father.
It sounds like it’s not yet resolved while the judge reviews all the evidence and there will be another one in a month. He’s posted a long video on patreon driving away from court calling it a win and gushing about how helpful and wonderful the judge was talking him through the process as she could see he was struggling without a lawyer.
I can't stand either of them now. He's clearly deranged. But her posting tit like this also leaves a bad taste. Like, come on, it's not content fodder you absolute freaks! Both absolutely love and thrive off the attention, regardless of how nasty it gets.
He's on Facebook threatening to beat duck out of someone.

He clearly has lied about being in rehab and he has admitted in the comments that he is high as a kite on drugs. Death threats will never get you your kids back!

I can not understand why he hasn’t been arrested. No way is a lawyer taking on a case pro bono for this shitshow.
