This whole situation is horrifying, I hope Laura has plans in place to protect her and the kids. He’s clearly unhinged and has thoughts I can’t even bring myself to type. He seems the sort of person to take the kids and run, he definitely should not be allowed access.

One number he says beside it ‘the lawyer, ask where they got the brain footage’
The second number is apparently laura’s- he said ‘Laura to stop accusing me’
Obviously I will not be posting those phone numbers but god he truly has lost it
Surely he gets arrested now…right? And he’s NOT in rehab - he just filled out the screening paperwork, less than 24hrs before he’s due to appear in court so he can wave it at the judge and say ‘see, I’m doing what she asked for, but she won’t just forget it all!’

Now he’s going after he lawyer saying she ‘stole’ his ‘Brian’ footage from somehow hacking his SD cards - you know, the footage he posted on all his PUBLIC social media. Saying she emailed at 11pm the night before court with a screenshot of the email that clearly shows it was sent at 8:38pm THE PREVIOUS DAY!

Since he’s been posting her contact details and the lawyers contact details all over the internet I reckon they are already aware!
They have obviously been keeping an eye on all his socials because they have entered it as evidence - that’s what he’s now having a meltdown about because suddenly it’s dawning on him that actions have consequences - everything and anything he has said publicly online can and will be used against him in a court of law.
Can't you just block the numbers and post a screenshot of the email?

Another clever redditor pointed out not only was it emailed at 8.30pm NOT 11pm it was also served two days before the hearing, not the night before at an ungodly hour. He himself (as per usual) posted his rants with proof he was lying.

- He is the creator of the content therefore nothing was hidden or “sprung” on him.
- The materials were served Sunday (14 July) which is not ideal, but still two days before court, which some judges allow if the evidence is public and directly from the respondent.
- He had notice of the content all along because it’s his OWN content.
I believe this is what we call- delusions of grandeur. Big style.
He needs to put that drug pipe down.
So, I am listening to his very long post (the most recent one, posted 8 hours ago). He says he's going to rehab, but he doesn't want to because it won't work - then surely he won't be let out?
ETA: He is absolutely deluded. Nothing bad has been said about him, only facts. He is using drugs and he has been told to get clean before he see's the kids. It's black and white. His eternal victimhood is getting very boring now.

I'm sure she's fine. 08.46 in LA right now, court was for 8.30am. I doubt he bothered to show up, and last nights antics were never going in his favour. I think it is going to be a very long time before Mr Hilton see's his children again.
