Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster on this thread. I have actually discovered Kylie on this site while lurking on a different, somewhat similar youtuber's thread. I then realised I HAD seen some of Kylie's videos as the youtube algorithm recommends me content to do with renovation a lot. I just never went further than a couple renovating a ruin videos and her wedding video. I could have missed the pizza video and her dancing with a toilet brush for the rest of my life if not for you, imagine that!
I want to know your opinions regarding Guido's motivations in all of this. I don't see what he gets out of it as he clearly doesn't like her very much. She is hot, yes, but why propose to her after having dated for such little time? I remember watching her wedding video and I got the impression they had dated for YEARS and that she had never been public with a relationship before (silly me!) only to be shocked to find out they had barely been together a year. He didn't know he was going to luck out and have a fake wedding due to paperwork problems. And why go through with a wedding that was neither legally nor religiously binding? What were all of the guests thinking, breaking the law and going against Covid rules for a wedding that is not even the real deal? I would understand if they were the hippie dippie type where you could argue it is totally on brand for them to take marriage vows without involving the church or state, but that is not the case with them, they could do neither of the two because of outside factors.
