It's the monster under the bed that worries me, though my husband says the monster would have to have a death wish to go near my feetBut only for a few seconds, just incase a ghost/monster/serial killer decides to touch them.![]()

Awww in my youf Harri it was just one channel BBC,tele finished about 10 pm (might have been earlier) then commercial Tv came along but you had to have your TV set Commercialised by Tv engineer,it was a box on Tv.obviously later came BBC2.I tell you watching craft these days is so complicated don’t know if I’m coming or going. The other day a bloke froze whilst demonstrating sewing then a completely different channel appeared for 5 mins, then back to old channel.
In the old days we only had 4 TV channels and I vividly remember this black and white telly with knobs you had to push in and out and an aerial you were forever moving to get a better signal.
Aw, happy days
I heard something on the radio the other day about women only having 1 or 2 smears in their lifetime because of the vaccination for the HPV virus which has been given to a lot of women is 90% effective. I'm a little bit worried about that. I know smears are not pleasant but I would rather be checked out every few years. Maybe I'm being overly concerned thoughDefinitely….and now at my age I’m in the 5 year check for smear tests now….luckily I’ve never had any problem in ‘that’ region. Considering the amount of people who are getting cancer so young nowadays I think they need to start earlier…..although I think (maybe not UK wide) that breast cancer screening has been brought down to 47 now. One thing I always remember is one of the many Drs I saw (and all had a grope of me little boobies
) said the reason for it being a 3 year check is that unless it’s a really aggressive form of cancer it takes around 5 years to go from ‘nothing’ to the point you should be able to feel it doing self checks. x
I've got a tat and a beard since I've been on my testosteroneI know! Apparently anyone with a tat or beard is a chav sheep?!? Not that I’d ever manage to grow a beard so perhaps I’m just half a chav sheep![]()

It's lovely if you get a resident Robin, funny little buggers, I do like to hear them sing. I've got one too, it always sits on the same bit of fence, I'm sure it knows it winds the dog up so he barks at itA few years ago we had a really brave one who would take food from our hand.
