Krocks In The Kitchen

It's very odd and really reckless. I think they had a lot of Go Fund Me money but they must've blown through that by now. The video with Tess was very childish. The woman nearly died! The other woman has a serious situation with a rare cancer! The Dad as well! It's quite frankly nuts to have one baby given the timing of when they went ahead and to have a second is ludicrous. I suppose Tess would take in the child/children if they die? It's very selfish behaviour.

Tess has replied to some comments and has said they got input from doctors and were told it would not be highly dangerous for Tess to carry another pregnancy.
I‘m fine with trusting her on that, But I had to unsubscribe. The Krocks choosing to have a second child with the big medical risks they both have is so upsetting that I can’t follow them anymore.

thanks for that update. Interesting that she is on the comments....I would think she is pretty busy with her family but okay. A bit of crowd control. The issues are much bigger than her health.

It just came to my mind that Tess' husband Jeff did a show with Brian and talked about his experience in donating a kidney to a stranger. These two are remarkable.

Man, it brings me no joy to say that I feel as though all of the parents need to take care of the children they have. Why not adopt? All of the joy and much less risk. Seriously. Love you guys.

I would say that adoption would be a great option and is something we might consider in the future. But we have two healthy embryos just sitting there waiting to be implanted. One boy and one girl. We feel in our souls that we have to try and give them a life. We can't just let them die without at least attempting to bring them into the world.

They are not alive, so obviously, you will not "let them die." I hope Tess's well-being matters, not to mention potentially saving a life by adoption.

They are alive. They are fertilized. They have cells that divide. They have their own DNA. They may not be fully formed humans, but they are alive in every definable way. And as we have said many many times, Tess' health is our number one priority. Period.

I don't know what to say about their feelings regarding the embryos and the fact that they have to give them a chance at life.

The more I see, the more I'm convinced there's something really off about this couple, especially Jessica. Her latest comments about needing to give embryos a chance at life are off the rails. And her stuffed animal that she treats as if it were a living thing. Sorry, but she is freaky and weird to me.

For some time since I heard this I was wondering if this is some thinking (misguided to my mind) that they have some obligation to use those embryos ....I know Brian is ultra religious. Are they looking at if they don't it is like having an abortion? I guess so. AS for adoption having been thru that process years ago I can only imagine it is even more rigorous these days. I am not sure they could be selected for any program given the health issues. IN fact I would venture a guess that they would not get far. I think Jessica knows that but of course gives the reply quoted above. What I read from her is they will be implanting not just one of those embryos but both. Last time you could say well if Jessica's cancer comes back you have Brian as primary caregiver but now that is not the case as I think they both are at high risk for more major health issues. I also think that the plan to return to YT is motivated by what will be some fundraising for the next step unless ,and this is quite possible ,Jessica cannot take the heat from the comments and they go silent again and turn up in a year with another child.

I agree. There is something very childlike with the two of them. Her thinking about the embryos is dangerous and I think driven by Brian's religious zeal. Again Brian had the cancer surgery what...about 6-7 months ago? Morbidly obese and one kidney having been told by the docs that he HAS to lose the weight? Now moaning on the show about wanting to eat good stuff and order what he wants? Jessica having her scans more often than 3 months as they are watching something...but now that Jessica has spoke more honestly in the comments than on the show you can see what is motivating this and for me it is irrational.

An additional thought on potential adoption...I mentioned the health issues could disqualify them with any agencies....did a bit of checking to confirm and found this to be true...especially stressed would be waiting time and doctors recommendations. Brian is within a year of diagnosis and both are still on aggressive scan schedule...this following quote refers to one parent with issues but they are BOTH higher risk
"
  • Time since treatment:
Some agencies may prefer that a significant amount of time has passed since the completion of cancer treatment and remission before considering an adoption application. "

I definitely thought of that as well. I wouldn't doubt that may be a factor. I am not going to criticize that belief since I'm not at all sure how I would feel about it either. However, if that IS the case, then I again question why they committed themselves to bring 3 children into their somewhat precarious world. There is a level of immaturity here that I didn't expect. I couldn't even finish watching the Jessica/Tess video. Sounded like a couple of giddy high school girls. After 2 cancer diagnoses and Tess almost dying, I would expect a more sober, realistic, discussion.

And the YT game continues. They now are releasing some of their old videos (never to uploading them ) on cooking. Today hummus. Jessie makes some intro remarks including saying that "apparently we are very controversial" and that reference tells me pro or con they love these comments as they are putting them back on YT map again. They are poised for a YT comeback and the show that just came out about baby 2 might be released after decisions have been made. Build the drama about Tess and get engagement going.

Ovarian cancer is so aggressive. Her chances of being cancer-free at 5 years aren't terrific. I hope for the kid or multiple kids' (if they do have a second one) sake that Jessica has a hell of a life insurance policy or is independently wealthy. If she dies, I just can't imagine Brian coping with 2 kids under 5 years old and no job or job prospects besides YouTube. And on top of that, cancer scans and possible recurrence. Maybe the cousin would take the kids. Hope she's thought of that, though she is the ultimate martyr type and likely would be thrilled to do it.

The cousin seems to have some mental issues. She wants this second pregnancy in a very unhealthy, almost hungry way. It was very creepy to watch her talk about it. I would be very surprised if she carries this second child without something going very wrong. They got lucky the first time and their kid seems healthy and adorable. Between the cousin's craziness and Brian's over-the-top religious beliefs, they'll just end up thinking that whatever happens was God's plan, I suppose. Ugh.

The Krocks seem to not be thinking really clearly.

We actually can't adopt. Cancer disqualifies us."

Are you telling me they never even checked on adoption and then with so many comments did so and found out they can't qualify?
The maturity level really needs to be questioned of all parties involved in this.

“We can’t just let them die” - she thinks of embryos as the equivalent of children. I’m betting they refused the COVID vaccine and boosters too. I am done with the Krocks.

I’m disgusted they would even think of using Tess again. Why is it all about them when in fact, it should definitively be all about priorities and another child is certainly not a priority when you look at their lives.

Their health is abysmal, they struggle financially, Brian has just recovered from cancer surgery, Jessica’s health is debatable, they already have a young child via surrogacy, they are both heart attacks waiting to happen given obesity and morbid obesity issues and placing importance on another surrogate pregnancy is not a very mature decision. Poor kids!
Yes poor kids!
why hasn’t Brian ever worked exactly? Obese with one kidney. Unreal. Even without a recurrence that one kidney is now doing the work of two kidneys. Most Kidney cancer patients will make increase water consumption and RADICALLY change their diet, low potassium, low sodium etc.

For some reason now their old videos are coming up on my suggested from YT. So I took a look at one from 4 years ago...it was a getting back to the plant based diet and showing what they eat in a day. I found it interesting given those same Krocks that are giving diet advice today have both been thru advanced stage cancer diagnosis. Not a ringing endorsement for their food choices. What was more interesting is the grifting that was so obvious as part of this video. They actually walked to the PO Box to make a pick up of their haul from viewers...with a reminder to send cards etc. Seriously? This is when at least Jessica. had a job and I think they were living with parents...no children or medical bills. Boy that is grifting at its finest.

Brian is/was a producer of either radio or podcasts if I remember correctly . Could still be working . I don't know. In no way defending him but they both seem to have decent jobs.
I recall that being his job and he was laid off years ago.

A very low level new vlog basically addressing nothing. Plant based diet appears to be the theme although Jessica seems to contradict herself every time she opens her mouth.
Who cares what diet they eat. more to the point is take a candid look in the mirror and do something constructive about both your health and weight issues!
Seems they are just shopping for engagement because $$$$ are more important than putting down the camera and going for a good walk to address the actual problems contributing to ill health.
Overweight and lazy are two areas you could both work on! Forget the tit about what you eat … it’s obviously not healthy or doing you any favours if you both present as obese. Does that not resonate?
