Yes the relationship borders on something really strange. Some time ago I think a hystersectomy might have been suggested or not having any more children for some reason and she said no just in case I could carry for someone else? Remarkable that Tess found a husband that is as strange as she is and goes along with this. I do think they risk losing this "special" relationship at least with him if something goes wrong for Tess this time as he had to be talked into this. Frankly they are in such a hurry to get this done I would not doubt if she is already pregnant.
I think it also muddies the water for the children long term too. Much cleaner and simpler for kids to understand surrogacy and the rationale behind why their parents required this avenue without the added complication of mums ‘BFF’ being the carrier. If the kids end up overweight like their parents, they will have enough to contend with come puberty without the additional issues that knowing all about surrogacy can cause. The cheapest option isn’t necessarily the best in the long run.
Jessica advised she has worked hard on her past mental health concerns which hopefully means they won’t resurface anytime soon. Add their cancer diagnoses to the mix and they both have some anxious years ahead yet b4 they are in the clear, so why the big rush to have another child when their own ‘house’ is yet to be in order?
Yes they are certainly doing a disservice to anyone contemplating a plant based diet. Hardly fine fit and healthy examples to show off.
Perhaps lots of fast foods and take out!
