Maltitol can give you the people, to be bluntDont know if that gummy bear tip is an American thing though because I dont know where youd get sugar free gummy bears.

The boots diabetic chocolate is absolutely gorgeous, but my god it’s lethal! You won’t be able to leave the house for hours!Maltitol can give you the people, to be blunt. Xylitol isn't too bad from my experience but it's toxic to dogs so I'd avoid if you own dogs.
I have sucralose (not to be confused with sucrose which is sugar) in my tea and I bake with erythritol.
It's worth noting everyone reacts differently to sweeteners too.]

Funnily enough I've never had an issue with it! But a close friend of mine can't have it anymore because of an "incident"The boots diabetic chocolate is absolutely gorgeous, but my god it’s lethal! You won’t be able to leave the house for hours!
Ah yes I sometimes take these! Great if I feel rough. I take so many supplements and I hate taking pillsSomeone upthread was asking about Electrolytes...
I was using the ZERO tablets that you put in water (https://highfive.co.uk/products/zero) I put them into MFP and it came up 0g carbs but just found out they’re actually 0.5g carbs each, I was having 4 a day! Also they’re expensive and they have a very little amount of the electrolytes you need.
I’ve just purchased these Electrolyte tablets from Amazon, contain 4 times the amount as the zero tablets and no carbs. You have to take them on a full stomach it says and take 2 per day. They work out a lot cheaper too, £7 for a 3 month supply
Hi! I've been on keto for 10 days now, I bought some erythritol to bake with and have done 2 recipes with way less than the required amount and the baked thing makes my mouth tingle so much I can't eat it! Does yours do that? I did it with cookies and mini meringues and both were inedible.Maltitol can give you the people, to be blunt. I've not had that issue myself, but a place I order cakes from uses it and I get the icy tingle when having anything with buttercream on it!Hi! I always find them in Sainsbury’s, near the gherkins and pickled onions, etc. Or sometimes with the Mexican Old El Paso kits!Where are people buying jalapeños from? Can’t find them for the life of me!
Thank you, Sorry I meant the fresh jalapeños, wanted to make some jalapeño poppers!Had a bit of a wake up call this morning when I haven’t lost this week and I think I’ve been too relaxed with the calorie counting.
I’ve just recalculated my macros with the calculator on Reddit which seems to be a bit different from my CarbManager calculations.
My goals for weight loss are:
999 calories / 90g Protein / 62g large / 21 Carbs.
Anyone else mind sharing theirs? I’m a healthy BMI but I want to lose a stone or two.
