Oh my God, this woman is so beyond help, how on earth is she vulnerable? She plays the media - most of the pictures of her are from Backgrid - a paid media outlet (see Kerry Katona) whom she tips off & shares media story profits, she has an injunction against her for verbally attacking Kieran's GF, She is banned from the school gates, she pretended to go to rehab for her TV show, She pretended to run marathon but gave up after about 8 miles & went for lunch, she taunted Kris & Kieran on her TV show, she released a YT vid saying what wild sex she likes, She was sued by Alex for revenge porn, banned from driving numerous times, can't even begin to list the rest - the last post she put on Instagram was calling a woman a slut before saying she was taking a break from 'cruel' social media. She is nuts & no one else is to blame - what help do you suggest?

Yeah she's a bleep. But you can still be a bleep and be vulnerable/mentally unwell needing intervention. Also we can all be cunts. I'm sure we've all done crappy things. Unfortunately for her she's in the public eye and everything is documented. I still think she deserves help and that if she was given the appropriate help and support she could change her behaviour but current she's surrounded by yes men.
We can certainly all be cunts but Katie's whole life revolves around being a bleep. It's nothing to do with being in the public eye. Her court appearances for being a bleep to exes and her endless trail of feuds and shitting on people elevate her to another level of cuntishness.
I can't believe I was mug enough to wish her well a few posts ago because I thought she was finally trying to sort her tit out.
I now wish her everything she has inflicted on others. Simple as that.Yes I know this will end badly, but she's been given help, been advised, been chastised, had her kids taken off her, had her eldest safely relocated leaving her free as a bird and been made bankrupt. I'm all out of sympathy for her and will save it for the builders, vets, horse feed people, car modification people, caretakers, nannies and businesses she screwed over financially while she shoved the money owed them up her snout.I'm over her.

It's thought ASD is genetic so considering her son has ASD I wouldn't be surprised. She definitely screams ADHD to me, always has done. Also we must take into account that she is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse (and highly probable other sexual violence) which can cause addiction problem's, complex post traumatic stress disorder and emotionally unstable personality disorder. All of her behaviours would fit into many of the categories? I think her current problem is she surrounds herself with people who enable her. She doesn't seem to have long term friends or even relationships. Her relationship with her children isn't normal.. nothing in her life is normal. When you take into account that she had a serious drug/alcohol issue, clearly unstable eratic behaviour (being banned from school gates) and her lack of relationships it is no wonder why she behaves like she does. If she has ASD or EUPD/BPD that would account for lack of empathy which would explain why she treats people badly. EUPD/BPD comes with manipulative behaviours which is what she has reportedly done in pervious relationships (having children when if the dad doesn't want them). Her hypersexual behaviour could be a reaction to the sexual abuse or could be part of BPD.
I think she's seriously unwell and that we cannot permeantly judge her for any behaviour.
Like taking Harvey to Newcastle is sickening, neglected and possible abuse and I hope to god social services have stepped into prevent it happening again, unfortunately Harvey is very vulnerable and is unable to advocate for his self like the other children can. I think most of have children have suffered neglected and emotional abuse at least but have either been able to self advocate or had their fathers do it for them.
I like to think that with intensive therapy and support she will be able to become a functioning member of society and a good mum.
I don't think selling stories and the attention seeking media behaviour will ever stop because effectivity, as much as we hate it, it's a job and it pays well.
Agree with all of this ...I like her in a mad kind of way . I feel sorry for her because she could have bowed out of the public eye years ago and lived an amazing life . Maybe done a few appearances on loose women if she wanted . When her and Pete got together and she had the kids she was at her best then , very popular with women rather than just men who ogled her . Such a shame . But I do think there’s underlying behavioral issues . Most likely when she was at school they went undetected as a. She’s a female and b. Diagnosis probably wasn’t as common back then
Definitely, if she had the correct support from the get go the out come for her could have been very different which is why I have a soft spot for her.
Think of all of this abuse/manipulation/blackmail that the entertainment industry uses. It's not a healthy environment for anyone. There is a reason why nearly all celebes (especially those in reality TV) end up like this.

I have ASD, EUPD and C-PTSD. It's a known fact that people with ASD lack empathy, it's part of the disorder. As for her ADHD, again part of that disorder is impulsive behaviour. I wouldn't say it's making an excuse. It's an explanation. And you are exactly right the reason she is this why is because no one calls her out on her bullshit and doesn't hold her accountable at all. Until that happens nothing will change. Why people are standing by allowing this is beyond me.. like what time is the people around her going to say enough is enough and actually force help on her.
I think what is best for Katie is to step away from public life although, do intensive 6-12 month therapy to try and deal with all of her problematic behaviour. After that if she's still the same. Then she's just a grade A bleep.
Also she is so far from a good mother. If she was a normal person she would have social services all over her and potential child abuse chargers (neglect and emotionally abuse!)
She's a god awful mother.Even with the 4 youngest taken off her incapable hands by their fathers she STILL couldn't be arsed looking after the one left in her care so he's had to shift his whole complicated little life into sheltered accomodation among strangers. Even with that huge help she can't even be bothered keeping weekends free for him and just lives the weekend life of a 20 yr old seeking thrills in clubs and pubs. I'll keep my sympathy for her abandoned children, especially the one actually diagnosed with conditions.I always look at people sideways who claim shes a "GoOd MoThEr"

Agreed, tbh none of the children should be having contact with her currently. The worst thing is because of the media it'll still impact the older ones. My heartbreaks just thinking how Princess is going to turn out I hope Emily is actually a good step mum and can guide her through life. The youngest I feel sorry for, Kieran isn't exactly the world's best dad...

I think his school days are over. I might be wrong, but I recall someone saying that he is in sheltered accommodation and doing well there learning a certain amount of independence under supervision rather than school per se. She supposedly takes him out at weekends, but weekends are party time innit, hence him getting dragged to Newcastle.
Kieran is a bit of a dope who gets led by his penis and adjusts to whoever he is with. With Katie he behaved as she does. Now he's with this new woman he's behaving like her, family oriented and trips out with the kiddies.So for now he's doing ok dad wise and I hope it lasts.
Princess and junior are at a vulnerable age and are slap bang in the middle of an unholy mess re their mum. They are privy to all her shenanigans. I really don't think their dad and stepmum will be able to handle them in another couple of years. They have Katie's genes so they're potentially ticking time bombs behaviour wise.
Oh. My understanding was he was still at his special needs school until he was 18 and was in their residential care unit? I really hope he isn't in supported accommodation, his needs are too high for supported accommodation. Nearly every adult with Prader-Willi syndrome cannot live at all independently because they will eat themselves to death! Most cant even leave the house unattended because they can't be trusted not to shop lift food!

It is Princess and Junior I worry most about, I have a horrible feeling Junior will go down the rapping/drug/gang culture and develop drug/alcohol addiction like his mum (addiction can be genetic). As for Princess I can see her turning into a messier Tana Mongeau especially now her mum is on the YouTube train.
I really hope that the family (Peter, Emily, Kieran, his partner and the kids) are all getting professional support in terms of therapy to ensure that they can come out of this as unscaved as possible. As for Harvey I think due to the extent of his disability and lack of awareness he will be just fine if he find the right home for him (specific care homes around the country for those with Prader-Willi syndrome and autism, there is a documentary on YouTube about Prader-Willi syndrome in young adults/adults).

If their dad's was relaying such information to them it would be considered emotional abuse and would have them removed from his care but because it's the media literally no one can do anything. Somewhat protected maybe, but all schools have bully’s. If it’s a really snooty school you can imagine people picking on them for being ‘new money’ which wouldn’t happen at a state school. But there’s plenty of ammunition wherever they are... I guess another bonus of private is teachers can keep an eye on things more effectively in smaller classes.
All those saying junior and Princess (Jesus what hope did they have with those names?!) are destined to be like Katie because of their genes... well, maybe. I know there are genetic links with addiction. But with something like this nurture is FAR more important. And sadly I do think they will be very damaged witnessing their mother behave how she does in the press and god only knows behind closed doors. Plus how their peers will treat them as mentioned above. Addiction is selfish in any case, it hurts the loved ones of the addict while they continue to pursue their fix. But the public element of this is going to cause huge amounts of psychological damage and potentiallly continue the cycle of addiction...
