The other is criminal, even though she has pleaded guilty and is due to be sentenced she can still go back to court and change her plea to not guilty, as is her right or anyones in that situation, albeit foolish to do so. Sorry to be a bore about this logo business but it's not the same font, it's similar. They're not likely to get in legal trouble as they've not copied the trademarked bit of the godfather logo. As there is a random frog and no puppet strings It's different enough to not get them in legal trouble. They will have hired a designer that knows enough about this to avoid blatant copyright issues ( I used to be one) . Look up 'the dogfather' to see the 1000s of similar parodies out there.
