I can tell you I believe you., I once saw her at the Burley horse show a few years back now and the first thing I noticed was that she is really tiny, much more than you think when you see her on TV. It is actually quite shocking and weird she was the size of a teen boy if you want a visual. BTW everyone hated her there too, she did not give anyone eye contact and sauntered around like she owned the place. She is dispised in the horse world.

She certainly is, well known in Surrey for knocking people.

I think in some court cases, even if someone is ill or has some sort of legal reason to postpone, cease action etc., they still list and sometimes still open the hearing, then give the reason/request for postponement and then close the case (within minutes) and list the notes on files.

That would make sense but surely they would then put the cancellation reason ahead of time too? Seems odd listing it as 2.02pm tomorrow!

You could be right as there are 13 cases listed for 10.30 with Judge Barber.
