So he does seem to be aware she's using him on the video or embarrassing him in front of visitors.

I wonder if, after making her initial claims, she suddenly got hit by the reality of the consequences of making such claims, e.g. SS, the CPS taking the decision to press charges or not, plus a court case with all her life laid bare. It’s the kind of publicity she can’t control or benefit from. You can see the headlines “washed up old glamour model desperately trying to cling to her youth loses everything”! The latest drip fed article raking over ever detail of her tawdry existence, every failure emphasised, examined and re-examined and her not earning a penny. I think she saw her life flash before her eyes and had a “brown trousers” moment. Also, I will add I don’t think KP has been papped or photographed since deliberately not to show her “injuries”.

@Binfest hasn’t a clue about the bankruptcy system, no disrespect meant, but your comments bear no relation to how bankruptcy hearings proceed. If the Judge isn’t satisfied at this hearing, criminal proceedings can begin against KP. Her recent mental health issues will have no bearing as they do not account for her 3 year lack of non-compliance. My mum’s an insolvency administrator, has been for over 20 years and specialises in bankruptcy. Not involved in the KP case, but incredibly familiar with how non-compliant bankrupts are dealt with. The judge in this case isn’t likely to compromise his reputation and career over KP. That’s my 2 cents worth for the next few days.
