Looking at the graffiti fence picture you have at least 3 sections (18ft) of new closeboard or featheredge fencing at the front on the right there's also at least 6 sections of old 6ft high closeboard or featheredge fencing along driveway behind the 2 large trees and a long white sign in the grass at the bottom of the fence.

Now in the new picture of the burglar trespasser parked outside the repossessed property there's only a small painted section of fence with the sign attached that was on the grass and not the 3 sections of fence from the graffiti picture, no sections of fence visible behind the 2 large trees that you can clearly see from the graffiti picture.

So trying to figure out is the new burglar picture an old one taken before the new fence and graffiti picture or has someone pinched all the fencing but nailed a bit of old board to the gate post and hung the sign back up.
