I don't think it will work though. She will have to get a Dr to state specifically how her condition affects her to the point she can't attend court either in person or by video link. I think she's floundering to try and find any excuse to stop what's happening.
Remember the BH where she claimed tattlers were screenshotting? She said her anxiety levels went up....it still went ahead, she couldn't stop the hearing then and she apparently had the same 'worst evah' ADHD she is claiming for all other court appearances.
Really, if she's so incapable of standing in front of someone and answering simple questions she needs sectioning. She can't have it both ways!

This one is interesting too, seems to say she had changed her plea to guilty at some point.

kipper you really do make things up as you go along
you did not have to turn up at court because you changed your plea to guilty after finding out they had cctv footage of you
you already knew it was a fine that's why you didn't turn up
your head health does not stop you faking stories for coin does it
and anyone taking adhs meds would not be drinking alcohol and getting in the messes you do so frequently

Just to add that my OH resembles the actor who played Stan Butler and my late grandmother was a dead ringer for Stans mum - even down to the way she spoke!

That poster is not particularly accurate. The magistrates found her guilty, she didn't change her plea.

I agree.... There's definitely something about the orange tinge around the jawline, not unlike Skanky's present colouring...

No completely true.....his face lit up and he smiled fully into Ella's eyes when they started out, a smile Skank will never have got from him because he's simply not attracted to her. They make a very inharmonious couple, she's masculine and aged, he's like a sheepish schoolboy.

That would apply to almost any other person Helena, but where these things are concerned, this professional Con artist & compulsive liar, seems to get away with it all.
The worse one of all, was where a BANKRUPTCY zoom meeting was conducted with her when she flitted off to the Maldive's. You really couldn't make that one up.
