To be honest when I was working the majority of the time people with learning disabilities were sectioned under section 3 of the mental health act. That section is about having to have treatment, such as specialist psychology input multi disciplinary team input to determine and ensure compliance with care plans. However some people with learning disabilities who commit criminal acts are dealt with by the courts. I used to work in a secure unit back in the 80,s were we did get people brought into our service by police via court proceedings. My partner in the 90, and 2000,s worked in a secure learning disability hospital.That would have to happen, what I think is unlikely is that someone like Harvey would be charged with anything, what would be the point. He's already in a residential home, he would probably just be put somewhere more secure as you describe. I had one family member work as a carer for a severely autistic, non-verbal adult like Harvey, he was also a large individual. There were always two carers with him at all times. The young man 'kicking off' and assaulting them was a regular occurrence. My sister works in children's homes. There's one 8 year old she looks after who regularly assaults teachers and home staff. They put him in 'time out' and they're not allowed to restrain him unless it's really serious. Should the kid be arrested every time he does it? I would say not. If Harvey has a similar mental age I doubt there's any point legally to arresting him. He needs to be protected and the public protected but arrest and charges wouldn't do that.

Spot on Kylie!Seriously why did they go to this thing, a small club in a little market town, an hours drive away from Cardiff. Neither wanted to be there, just f*cking about in a hotel room for hours and turning up late after midnight totally pissed-up. Chloe flying to Bristol, then a long drive to the club. Chloe is loaded, she is making more money on those bloody TT battles than something like this, she really didn’t want to be there, she doesn’t need to do this. Skank also had a long journey to get there. The entrance fee was hardly anything, their appearance fee must have been so small. They’ll gain no positive publicity from this, Skank was booed, looks like Chloe was hardly noticed, honestly it’s bizarre
I know we think washing money or evenis in play, but I don’t really think it is, I can’t see Chloe being involved in anything like that. I just dunno what the point of it is, what game is in play, Skank always does things for a reason, she’s lazy, and Chloe is pretty much the same and she went there 2 weeks ago as well. It screams something very dodgy, but what is It, I’m flummoxed by it all.

So … I saw Skank in the flesh, hmm she was trying to be interesting but she fell flat. There was a lot of booing, plus a lot of people were at the club without knowing she was due to appear. I got chatting to a few people in line and in the smoking area, many of whom had attended the club without any awareness that madam was due to appear.
Here’s a basic rundown of the evening’s events. Skank was late appearing at the club. She showed up at around12.08, I was in the smoking area and MrJaynie started taking photos and videos. I will add them tomorrow as I am drunk posting sorry. I had a great night,
