Unfortunately, there are just not enough specialists for these fields and specialist teaching and, and, and... It is something that has become more recognised and the NHS and social services just weren't ready for it. I sometimes despair at the state of our celebs. People say we get the politicians we deserve, I suppose we could say the same about celebrities. It used to be about having a talent or at least unique beauty and charm, nowadays it takes very little to be well known and for some reason these people have fans.
