Doubtfull and there again I doubt the council chased it up either so yet again she gets off with another violation.At the end of 2019 she was making a lot of alterations to the MM to make a paddock for the horses. She moved a lot of earth to change the site and I think a new entrance. She did this without planning permission. Horsham Council gave her 3 months until Jan 2020 to put it back as it was or be fined. Does anyone know if this was done?
