You would of thought so, but they are not listed anywhere on the site and on the products they are quite hard to read. Then she does phototshoots of her looking like she is going to eat one of the heart bathbombs, when they clearly say not for consumption!!! It doesn't say anywhere who her partner is on the website also, I can see it says manufactured by on the packaging, but cannot read the name.

Scented by KP... is the JYY woman...
Thanks for that - very comprehensive. (y)

cosmetics are required to have an “ingredient declaration,” a list of all the product's ingredients. ... This law is intended to make sure consumers have information they can use to compare the value of different products and make informed choices.

It is an offence to supply an incorrectly labelled cosmetic product. The labelling requirements include the name and address of the manufacturer / importer, the ingredients, durability marking, function and precautions.
It needs reporting. Is there an form to fill out or an email address?
I’ll report it 😡

Those bathbombs have my fanny itching just looking at them

Anyways went on the website and although I'm not on a desktop so might be unable to see everything, she's breaking so many rules

Distance selling regulations are not being complied with. The following is taken from https://www.gov.uk/online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses

Before an order is placed
You must provide:

  • your business name, contact details and address
  • a description of your goods or services
  • the price, including all taxes
  • how a customer can pay
  • delivery arrangements, costs and how long goods will take to arrive
  • the minimum length of their contract and billing period
  • conditions for ending contracts
  • how they can cancel and when they lose the right to cancel
  • if they will still need to pay reasonable costs for using a service after they cancel
  • a standard cancellation form, if they can cancel
  • conditions for money given as a deposit or financial guarantees
  • what digital content does (for example, the language it’s in or how to update software)
  • the cost of using phone lines or other communication to complete the contract where it will cost more than the basic rate
This information must be easy to understand and on paper, in an email or another format the customer can save for future reference.

Right to cancel
There are different rules for downloads and streaming services.

You must tell the customer they can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. They don’t need to give a reason for cancelling.

If you don’t tell the customer about their right to cancel, they can cancel at any time in the next 12 months. If you tell them about the right to cancel during these 12 months, they have 14 days to cancel from when you told them.

After an order is placed
You must:

  • provide a copy of the contract on paper, by email or another format the customer can save for future reference
  • provide the copy of the contract no later than when the goods are delivered
  • deliver the goods within 30 days, unless you’ve agreed otherwise with the customer

So she has to provide a refund without a reason within 14 days and so many of the above not being complied with but mainly e.g. Business name and address and cancellation policy.

But she's not selling them; a company set-up and owned by that JYY woman is under the company name Scented by Katie Price. What a stupid name - sounds like she sidled up to ya and lifted her leg then pissed over you.

Thread title:

Scented; Cole was the one who ran: what do you do when you're Scented and you know it's a scam?

I was thinking of that old TV western series 'Branded'.

Harvey has no idea about it and wouldn't understand the problem anyway. No doubt KP will tell him, set-up a fake woe-is-Harvey (me me me) YT thing and get him to parrot a few phrases. So predictable and boring. Who cares really? I don't.

Well done that person 🤣🤣🤣 hope Cole enjoys being scammed, just like he is promoting to his followers! 🤣
This is what happens to scammers - well deserved. Couldn't happen to a less-empathetic person.

So, despite Katie P being warned about t

So despite her receiving warning from financial authorities which she claimed she was not aware of, she lets him do it?
I'm not sure she does let him do it. I think he's become, as far as she's concerned, a dangerous loose cannon. They are both now claiming the Collab International post is on a fake account!? I don't understand, it's still on his Instagram, he's in the video promoting it and it was posted 17 hours ago. Why hasn't it been removed if it is fake or shut down? That was the best part of a day ago?

Don’t you have to list all the ingredients on your products/website? Anyone can say they are vegan etc 🤷‍♀️
The line on the Scented By Katie Price room spray product information section on the website I find baffling is 'Final product not tested on animals'. What does that mean?

Yes it can't be fake if he is talking about it. If there was just an ad with his face on it and wording to the effect he had joined then it would be fake.

@BigBlue2018 I think the fake account they now both have on their stories is for the carljwoods_ account, no mention of him saying the collabs give away is fake (KP just mentioned that a couple of weeks ago) he is still promoting that along with the Forex scam one.

Holy bleeping tit what a brass bleeping neck this piece of work has, so he looks after himself does he whenever she’s off on holiday or shagging some unlucky fucknugget. No wonder the Instagram post of the ovaltine remember the advert tattlers “how do you sleep at night”
There isn't one positive comment on The Mirror article. Surprised comments haven't been switched off.

In this case sweet FA its KP we're talking about

I’ve seen a few products with labels that say, “This finished product not tested on animals.” Does that mean that the individual ingredients have been tested on animals? | PETA

" In cases like these, the product could be completely cruelty-free or the status of the ingredients could be questionable. It depends upon the company. "

Case closed your honour.

Whatever. The bottom line is any skin/cosmetic product sold has to have a clear and identifiable track as to how it has come to be. It must have a batch number so any complaints can be traced. It must state exactly what it is made of - either on the product or on/in the packaging. It must also offer a 14-day, without prejudice, return. Saying 'no returns' is illegal. The JYY creature and close collaborator of KP must be answerable for this product which is under the jurisdiction of a company of which she is sole director. KP can't be a Director whilst she is a bankrupt. However, we know she is profiting in some way from it all.
