Civil partnerships only came about because the UK refused to allow gay marriage - civil partnerships were the compromise. But then of course the law was changed and gay couples were allowed to get married. So everyone had the opportunity to either get married or have a civil partnership. Legally they are basically the same IIRC, with the same legal and financial protections.
I know two straight couples who had civil partnerships, and I’ll admit I rolled my eyes a bit at how badly they wanted to show they were different to everyone else

I listened whilst driving along the motorway and as a captive audience… my god she annoyed me. I think I’d seen her defend some comments she’d made in the podcast before I listened to it and even with that, she still comes across as ridiculous.

you're the one making it sexual. There's a difference to this than the average parent though; a much bigger audience will be viewing this photo. My issue is the consideration of safety, and that Violet may get used by friends if they think they'll be instafamous for a millisecond.

The other two girls are his nieces. Unsure why it’s weird of him to post a picture of his stepdaughter and nieces?
