Has BJ forgotten what this weekend is? Why hasn't she engineered a marketing.campaign to tie in with FATHERS DAY. She could do dad's favorites, two packs (in individual bags), mini tasting cookies, assorted flavours, cookie and coffee combo, donut and coffee combo. She should have a wall planner (big calendar BJ) with every holiday, event, earning potential, highlighted. Then three weeks out you promote. Even increasing her floor stock by 10-15% would mean she either sells out directly via orders, or has the capacity to restock shelves in the last two trading hours, instead of turning customers away with empty shelves.

Poor BJ. The high maintenance boujee who will soon have to forgo her extortionate lifestyle of pilates, lashes, nails, hair, facials and botox. She will have to become a low maintenance boujee queen like so many of us. Will be interesting to see what she looks like without all the money thrown at her face! I stopped listening after the 5th eyeroll and eye flutter. Skipped to the part where she talked about HQ2.0. Said that she had to pull out of the building because 1) it didn’t have a good enough power supply to run her machinery and 2) wasn’t wheelchair accessible for customers.

I found it interesting that when Edna talked about having to fund her business 100% herself, there was zero correction. Edna said that Jess would relate because she didn’t have a trust fund or anything to help support her when she started out and Jess just smiled and nodded. I found Edna to be actually really great to listen to and had a lot of useful information. Jess just talked through her teeth.

So the cookies aren't baked fresh the day of delivery.... Why doesn't she allocate so many boxes to send per day and make enough cookies fresh then do it all again the next day.

So baked on Monday, picked up Tuesday, which is why not all are over night delivery and can be another two+ days in transit. Fresh. I dont think so

That was an embarrassment to show. And covering a mistake in cream, or buttercream, doesnt cover up how bad it is. Why didnt she take the baking paper off before decorating?. I'm thinking she realised it had stuck firmly, and any attempts at removing the paper would break it.
