Her dad owned the house she was in before. Her and Tim did buy it but when she moved she referred to renting it from her dad so, either she lied about buying it in the first place, or her dad bought it back when she split with Tim.

Looks like they’ve had a leak as well as damaging the dishwasher / kitchen unit, and being general pigs. I pity their landlord.
