I agree, it seems to be a team chemistry thing. Before the WC, Haaland was a machine. The reverse match with his and Phil’s hat tricks! (Of course, United improved a lot since then.) I feel like it’s just not our year. And I never thought I’d feel that way in January.
We went down hill after the second Copenhagen game. They’d lulled themselves into a sense of security, then Gomez goes an get a red card and everything changes. We need full squad strength and less swapping about to get a cohesiveness going.
