I wonder if he has considered the fact that he is constantly chasing the next high, going on holiday etc, or him always trying to prove he is the best and his family the best etc , rather than just spending time away from sm, enjoying what he has, us the reason that he is feeling down. You don't need a million pound house to be happy.
You're totally right. It's so easy to think we'll be happy when we lose that stone, earn more money, win the lottery, move abroad, all that - but anyone who's ever achieved these things will tell you they don't fill the hole if things aren't right inside the heart and mind. Happiness is an inside job, and sometimes that comes from not pushing yourself to exercise every day because you're feeling the pressure to be "lean!"
I wrote on that to not apologise for not mentioning him and some comments were "he's worked really hard and with two you g kids"The Simple Politics instagram page mentioned him in their caption (it was a timeline of Covid restrictionists since first lockdown) they said they couldn’t fit Joe Wicks in. The amount of people tagging him in the comments
I replied that squats for half an hour was hardly working 
God just listened to the first minute of the video and had to stop and all the messages of people saying thanks for sharing and how amazing he is
He's a complete knobber, he's had more holidays than most people have in a normal year, he's had dinner parties and family round in his house when we weren't meant too, he is so out of touch with what we are all going through, if he'd have said "I feel tit and I've been away lots and I've still seen my family" then maybe he'd redeem 0.000000001% of respect

I kind of feel like if he’s suffering with depression/whatever then of course that’s ok BUT blaming covid? Nah hun lol, you’ve probably done more in 2020 than nearly half of the UK put together.
Exactly this, I do feel like he might suffer with depression or low mood and that he's having a bad patch (as are many of us) - but he definitely needs to read the room a little. He has coined it in this year, all the holidays, the bleeping massive house. He needs to remember lots of people have lost their jobs, been on massively downgraded pay, don't have the ability to go away at the drop of a hat or have childcare or do all these things his wealth has afforded him this year. It's not that easy for everyone, Joe.

I want to know whether he still wants four or five kids, given that he seems hell bent on achieving his own 8 hours sleep. Maybe there is friction because Rosie has said no seeing as she clearly does most of the child rearing. He wants to say he has five kids but doesn’t want to deal with the hard graft.

I find it hilarious all his preaching about going to bed early and putting his phone away & instead he’s awake till the early hours filming himself eating cheese. What a throbber.

I think Joe does have MH problems... that has been apparent for a while, he often seems manic. He always needs a "high." He preaches about exercising helping it but sometimes that isn't enough. It is okay to seek help but he seems like the type of person who wouldn't and would rather drink his sorrows away with a G&T in the day time. He has a very privileged life. He has a lot of money, if needed, he could access a really good therapist.
His cycle of bingeing and restricting also rings alarm bells.
Yes, that too. He seems like a huge binge eater and that is based off of what he only shows us.
Not watched the video, what did he say? I think it has been clear for a while that he's not been quite right. I'd much prefer it if he didn't mouth off everywhere about what everyone else should be doing, offering us all his expert advice, when clearly he's not got his own tit together.

Just because someone has money, a large house, beautiful wife, healthy children wont automatically make you happy. Even if you have way more then others.
He appears so up and down. Maybe it is the love and adoration falling, not as much as he thought he'd get, maybe it is covid getting him down, could be personal issues with family or friends he is going through but what ever it is. I do hope he gets the help that is needed.
