The whole hip mobility thing winds me up too. I’ve got hip issues (2 surgeries down, waiting to be listed for at least a 3rd and possibly 4th...).

I know it’s petty and in the grand scheme of Sir Joe of PE it‘a minor, but will you just fuck off with your “oh I solved all my problems with a few stretches”. Lucky you. Some of us can’t. If you exercised sensibly in the first place, warmed up properly and cooled down properly etc your hips would probably be fine.

She's wearing a sleeping bag but with her feet out - I've seen them advertised as being safer for older toddlers not in a cot but who maybe don't get on with a duvet or blanket? Plus she might not be dry at night so in a nappy still. I have no experience of this but I understand from friends that being dry at night is a hormonal thing rather than something you can train?

I do find it odd that he goes to see what she wants and his immediate reaction is to film her.

Yes if you're going to break the rules, do it privately and have some decency not to broadcast it on social media. The thing is though a lot of influencers and instagrammers are so self absorbed, they either don't know the rules or think the rules don't apply to them. It's infuriating.

On the Facebook page they continually compare Joe to Marcus Rashford, it’s laughable really, there’s no contest imo. I do feel for how jaded they all are, until he does something that registers as wrong in their heads they’ll keep fuelling his ego machine.
