Glad its not just me who thinks this. It's awful hes basically saying diet and exercise (his workouts!) saved these guys and I have a feeling he didn't ask to share these stories.

Still hoping for his ex or someone to sell a story on him and him to fall from this pedestal.

It’s really concerning that the message is do some work outs to solve depression and suicidal thoughts. Wow! Just wow. If he was really serious about mental health he should be linking up with a trained mental health specialist, signposting to support services etc. but it’s okay because not only did he save a guys life, they guy now has a hot girlfriend because it’s all about that isn’t it.

It’s so dangerous to sell the diet and exercise is a cure for mental health issues line. Vulnerable people will potentially struggle with pushing themselves to go down this route and potentially feel more of a failure coz their life hasn’t turned out like Joe’s.
He’s only become acceptable to many because he’s a household name thanks to bloody lockdown, but at the end of the day he’s just another slimming world/weight watchers. He’s just made his Yo-Yo diet more personable coz it’s “just him” behind it.

You just know indie will go down the same route because joe will just reinforce to her that what she looks like is all that matters.

I’ve reported his little self-congratulatory speech yesterday because what he is doing is dangerous. Suicidal people do not need to be told to purchase an app and start doing HIIT.

Listening to the parenting hell podcast, he does nothing but bang on about how great Joe Wicks is, and what a saviour he is. Within the first few minutes he mentioned that parenting book (the only book he's read start to finish?!). He had to say after he mentioned it that it went to the top of the Amazon chart
Hilarious review for his burpee bears book, surely a Tattler given the user name?

I thought the same thing when he said about the girlfriend. My blood was boiling with his self congratulatory speech about how they came down and weren’t purchasing a book, they had come to thank him for saving their life. I mean how far removed from reality do you have to be to put that out there? There’s so much going on in the world right now, war, the cost of living crisis, more and more people falling into poverty and saint Joe of No 1 Beggy Bellend Row is wittering on about his new book, exercise and sleep can cure everything and how he’s saving peoples lives. I don’t like to use the word hate, but even hate is to mild of a word to use on this out of touch, mind boggling boring, self absorbed prick. There’s a reason his book isn’t selling, it’s because he’s made about 400 of them and once you’ve seen one of his shit cookbooks you’ve seen them all.
