The surgeon looks very, very uncomfortable when Jessica is asking about the new implants - like he knows what he does for a living is morally wrong but it's bloody good money!! Jessica on the other hand looks almost gleeful talking about going under the knife yet again for "health reasons".

Lauren Goodger thread is very entertaining as well. Jessica is my favourite though for "snorts coffee out my nose" entertainment. I thought Roddy was a car crash but Jessica just brightens up my day and not in the way he thinks

It makes me think of Pixee Fox who almost died during a surgery and will never fully recover.
Each surgeon he does a story on he’s like ‘I’m back with dr So-and-so, so happy to be here again’ like they are bezzies. Does he just travel the globe and has surgeons on rotation, each trying to correct the previous’ botch job? Or go to which ever megalomaniac will take him on and barter a discount. It’s not a good look. For anyone. On any level
