I comment her for talking about fertility and the fact that she had lost her period. I do feel she focused alot on stress cortisol and hormone issues etc, when in plain terms the most significant issue is simply over exercising-which she does and being severely under nourished which she was sadly. I'm glad she's kind of addressed what I was saying here about her being dangerously underweight and completely over exercising but she's basically admitting that she had lost her periods from it!! It's quite a severe warning sign from your reproductive system not just a regular thing that happens every 2nd month or so whenever your stressed it's your body's way of screaming to be fed and rested, while trying to be honest I think it's worrying that she sounds like it's a run of the mill thing and it's not. Maybe she was just nervous to talk about it. it's not a common thing I hope young girls realise that and that by doing this to your body your seriously affecting your ability to have a baby in the future, I work in a healthcare setting if we had someone with an absence of their period it would be treated very seriously....cannot believe people were actually questioning that we were jealous of her on here etc and that she is a great.role model etc
I was literally saying that she looked starved to death which she definitely was but I suppose I didn't think she'd read....and I wouldn't allow my daughter to look up to someone or view someone so undernourished and running 15km in a hotel room, it's bonkers and screams severe ED....and someone who is quite unwell. I'm glad she has come to terms with how much she deprived her body and over exercised as she clearly had lost her period and was very ill. I do think that she has put on a tiny amount of weight in the last 4 weeks. And if commenting on here (which she said she saw) pushed her to open her eyes and get some help before it got to the point of no return, then I'm happy. I just cannot believe how gullable some people are. If someone is that skinny and it's not their natural look and they exercise way too extremely then they more than likely have an ED. They aren't just super motivated and 'body goals'
