I think she actually looks stunning in the juicy couture tracksuit 😂 ....I think she would look well in a bin bag to be honest.
I think she’s overhyped. She’s only 27 and could honestly pass for 10 years older with those brows and a body like a leather bag. Sorry, not sorry! 🤨

She looks 50 easily, if she had a bit more large on her body she'd be wayyyy prettier, can't believe young women look up to her body as 'body goals' I think she looks so so unhealhty

I completely agree. She seems like a lovely girl but her body is frightfully thin- I think she would be fabulous a few pounds heavier.

She talks about this a lot herself. She says she would like to put on more weight but you have to do that healthily too. I think she is absolutely beautiful. Doesn’t matter what weight she is. She is happy.

its strange she doesn’t allow herself rest days. The best expert in the world would tell you how important that is .

I’m actually starting to feel really sorry for Jess. I always thought of her as so positive and upbeat but now I’m seeing someone who is a little lost and struggling? I really hope she’ll be ok when she has to come home alone without Rob. I’m doing long distance atm with borders being closed and it’s really not easy. I think she said he will follow her back a few months later so at least she will have a date to work towards and she’ll be back with her family.

What do you mean? Is Jess going back to Dublin?

Yes Rob is only there on a 6 month contract..Jess there for 5 months then home to finish college placement
Well she's 27. She should be well able to travel from Sydney to Dublin by herself. A month apart isn't really a long time to spend apart in the grand scheme of things.

I don’t understand this above message or why you think Jess would be unable to travel home alone & live without her partner for a month.....

Ok sorry everyone, I thought he was staying behind for 8 months. No idea where I got that from but I was 1) obviously wrong and 2) biased from my own long distance so don’t mind me. Of course a month is completely fine!

I comment her for talking about fertility and the fact that she had lost her period. I do feel she focused alot on stress cortisol and hormone issues etc, when in plain terms the most significant issue is simply over exercising-which she does and being severely under nourished which she was sadly. I'm glad she's kind of addressed what I was saying here about her being dangerously underweight and completely over exercising but she's basically admitting that she had lost her periods from it!! It's quite a severe warning sign from your reproductive system not just a regular thing that happens every 2nd month or so whenever your stressed it's your body's way of screaming to be fed and rested, while trying to be honest I think it's worrying that she sounds like it's a run of the mill thing and it's not. Maybe she was just nervous to talk about it. it's not a common thing I hope young girls realise that and that by doing this to your body your seriously affecting your ability to have a baby in the future, I work in a healthcare setting if we had someone with an absence of their period it would be treated very seriously....cannot believe people were actually questioning that we were jealous of her on here etc and that she is a great.role model etc
I was literally saying that she looked starved to death which she definitely was but I suppose I didn't think she'd read....and I wouldn't allow my daughter to look up to someone or view someone so undernourished and running 15km in a hotel room, it's bonkers and screams severe ED....and someone who is quite unwell. I'm glad she has come to terms with how much she deprived her body and over exercised as she clearly had lost her period and was very ill. I do think that she has put on a tiny amount of weight in the last 4 weeks. And if commenting on here (which she said she saw) pushed her to open her eyes and get some help before it got to the point of no return, then I'm happy. I just cannot believe how gullable some people are. If someone is that skinny and it's not their natural look and they exercise way too extremely then they more than likely have an ED. They aren't just super motivated and 'body goals'

Definitely no coincidence this thread started 5 weeks ago and she decided to change her ways 4 weeks ago. Some will say the comments on here were harsh, but maybe it was the push she needed. I do admire her for addressing it too and have gained more respect for her now. Welcome to the far side Jess, where most of us are the opposite of you and are instead guilty of underexercising and overeating fats and carbs 😂

I agree , she seems nice but it’s not right to idolise people like this. She recently admitted to not fuelling her body properly and not eating enough carbs etc but I’ve followed her for years and she has always posted lots and lots of food and junk giving the impression that she eats really well and eats quite a lot . But I think that’s a common thing with people with eating disorders. They try to convince people they eat so much and are naturally slim. It drives me mad when people pretend to eat more than they do.. so ridiculous. It must put a strain on relationships when one person is so controlled like this.

Exactly it's the dishonesty going on for years that I don't like, people are so naive and gullable to think someone can eat what she posts that she eats and stay that skinny.

CiaraHughesStyle is the same, she clearly has an ED and is constantly posting food to her stories!! It’s definately a thing anorexics do, they’re obsessed with food, just not eating it...
