Someone said that she looked like the Grinch and now it's all I can see. The extreme weightless doesn't help

I do think she’s lost even more weight but I don’t know if she realises that there’s a problem. I don’t think she sees what we see. I feel for her, it’s as much a mental as a physical thing so it’s a very complex issue.

No thread title suggestions but here's the new thread. Was tempted to go with "fading away" because that's what Jess is doing. Most of us are worried about her ever decreasing body. They say horizontal stripes make you look bigger 😳
