I do think, tbh that this apartment belongs to her family's portfolio of real estate. They seem to have that, and that apartment is vacant for anyone (Lou and her cousins) can use it. I dont think she even knows the value of money at this point.

It's worst in Mexico. That's why I jumped on this thread, as a South American living in Europe at the moment, I just can't understand how Lucía used to run errands with Hermés and Chanel bags in Mexico, it's just ... really dangerous and not normal at all.
Yeah, there are nice areas but even there, you need to keep an eye open all the time. So I guess that Spain for her (as it is for me) is not a big deal in terms of security, we are just used to take care of our belongings with other mindset. I am 99% sure she has a massive insurance and private security.
Just watched her vlog about apartment hunting and this girl gets "stressed" over every little thing. Like she's never faced adversity in her entire life. It's really annoying listening to her complain about these small things that stress her out.

Yeah I live in Germany and an apartment like that in my student city would be around 2.5-3k pro month. Mind you my city is expensive but not as expensive as for example, München or Paris. I think maybe her apartment is around 4K in Barcelona? idk

Ok so I watched her vlog yesterday and her apartement is massive, it's like a 4-bedroom apartment, basically what you get in a city like that when you have 2-3 kids lol. My guess on rent is €4k as well. I mean good for her that she can pay for something that big, really, but don't tell me she and Polo are paying for it alone because that is literally impossible, she's a content creator and he has no job yet.

Yup. I used to live in München (before I started studying) and I was fully supported by my parents and getting an apartment was virtually impossible because we -my friend that would be my roommate and I- couldn’t prove any income (we were both learning the language and because of the type of visa we weren’t allowed to work). It took us literally almost 4 months and we ended up renting way outside of the city to find something remotely affordable because we were also asked to pay 3 months upfront 🥲 it was honestly HELL, we were living out in airbnbs (expensive as hell) and subrenting students rooms from people on vacations and so while we were looking. When she commented that “it was so stressful to find an apartment” I lit had to laugh out loud because they found an apartment in like less than a week? XD that’s literally NO TIME AT ALL in a city like Barcelona. I’m glad she found something so quickly and it’s a really nice apartment.
So I eventually created an account to comment on certain public figures of the internet and Lou is definitely one of them. Watching these kind of channels is like watching an afternoon soap opera. Dumb consumption. And yes, I know what I get when I click on it, and yet it irks me that she tries to hide the fact that she's a trust fund baby. Sorry but 100K and 70K on IG and YT don't pay good enough for this kind of spending. Sure, in the end it's her/her families and/or boyfriends money and you do you but just stop buying stuff that is clearly just a trend piece. The cozy giant Balenciaga sweater was doomed to get purged as are the new Hermes Cyprus sandals and this sofa for 6000 Euros at least. I'm really curious to see if she will develop some kind of style and originality at some point or if she is going to use her new location as an easy access to go to Paris every two weeks and do a vlog then rinse and repeat.
