I noticed that too! Literally the only person she’s justifying those things are for herself. Like no one cares. Normal people have been living this lifestyle. Also we have been telling her she’s a workaholic and needs to do things outside of work. Lol her “relaxed woman” course is how most people live their day to day lives. For her to think it’s such a deep, insightful course is humorous. Every time she writes a long winded caption about how groundbreaking ordinary things people have been doing (going to a water park with friends, etc.), I LOL. She needs to chill with every thing being a reflective “lesson” from the universe and start living for herself.

Unfortunately, her bald spot looks irreversible. Especially since she repeatedly bleaches and dyes her hair. Her hair type is not strong to handle that damage. She also doesn’t have one, she has another in the back of her scalp that she rarely shows. Remember seeing it in one of her dancing reels.

So to translate, this nervous system regulation stuff she's been constantly talking about is because she used to have/still has frequent stomach aches which is a common symptom of severe anxiety which she's apparently cured with the magic of witchcraft and stars She obviously won't admit to having mental health issues nor promote proper ways to access help so that's her way of partly admitting the extent of her poor mental health. Josh has been harping on about "nervous system regulation" too so it's definitely some sort of trend going on in the Bali asylum.

Yep literally there's so many pictures on the forum of her bald spot and thinning hair. The picture she used today is deliberately angled a certain way and further away than normal. Her nails look gross and unkempt again.
