I'm also re doing the 1-1 and a stone down again. Lost 2 stone last time. Can only do it now as mostly wfh and my wedding next year. It def isn't for the faint hearted there are some v difficult days but it feels amazing once you're into itThank you so much!

Re. weight loss - I did the 1:1 diet (formerly known as Cambridge diet) mainly because nothing else works and it was my last resort before surgeryI have medical issues that make weight loss difficult for me. It isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s really really tough. Lots of people asked me if I would recommend it and honestly unless it is your last resort then I wouldn’t. Basically I was a hermit for the first month as I didn’t want to fall off the wagon lol. Now I just eat much smaller portions and do exercise to maintain.
So that this post isn’t off topic haha,Jane deffo doesn’t have the motivation for the 1:1 dietshe would falter within the first 6 hours and eat The Bean!

They are gorgeous companions, they are both on the bed with me now. Been asleep most of the day, that’s what I’m doing at the minute sleeping during the day and awake most of the night, nightmare. Been catching up on here in fits and starts , see she never got a puppy then, just as well really, I don’t think they could have afforded the upkeepThank you lovely!
