I never realised how slim she was until I watched her vlogs, her face is quite puffy so I expected her to be alot bigger than she is.

I've watched her for years because I found her quite down to earth and she's good to look at...but I never ventured onto this thread.

I also agree every make up look she does always looks the exact same to me!!

I'd wondered why when she was at cycle box and had her personal trainer for her wedding prep, she wasn't as slim as she is now. So she's definitely changed some thing. Not that it's any of my business but it's looking to me like a rapid drastic weigh loss. Even a few vlogs back she wasn't near as slim

It was when she did the second round of "husband rates my outfits" on Sundays vlog I realised how slim she's got. I think she knows she looks amazing so just used that task with Jack as an opportunity to show off her weight loss and get a bit of an ego massage from the comments section at the same time!

I’m new to this thread too, hiiii!

I’ve been thinking for a while that her hubby also looks like he is doing something he shouldn’t be.

I sometimes post on the inthefrow thread and I’ve admitted myself on there that I’m a recovering drug addict - I have been clean for almost 2 years now and I see a lot of my old behaviours in certain influencers. Some of the same characteristics etc.

It personally would not surprise me if more influencers came out and admitted that they have alcohol and drug problems, because it’s a job with tit tons of pressure, constant monitoring and having to “beat” people to the post with certain “trends” (not that Jamie has done this in a hot minute)...

also with the comments above about her eating half a grapefruit and coffee for breakfast - this really bleeping concerned me because some of her audience may be struggling with ED’s and I just thought this was a bit tone deaf to put on a vlog. I’m not sure if she’s considered that or not but it just came across to me as if there’s something more going on than what she’s alluding to by “just” eating healthier. All we ever bloody see her eat is pizza and pasta, I mean

I know Jack had been getting some special macro meal prep food delivered, but there's never been any mention of her doing it too. Like you say, we only seem to see her eat pasta, pizza, etc. - her eating habits definitely appear worst than before her wedding, yet she looks slimmer than ever. So either there's something she's not disclosing, her eating habits before the wedding weren't as soon as she lead people to believe or she's under some stress. If I ate just a grapefruit for breakfast I'd be absolutely starving come lunch time!

Not gonna lie, something about makes me think they are/were coke heads, maybe not now but maybe when they were younger. But that's just me...

I tried her tanning water because I like to self tan in the summer. It was a crock of tit. It actually did NOTHING. And I’m very fair so I was a bit surprised!

It has been mentioned before but the way she’s currently shelling Charlotte Tilbury reminds me of when she used to try and convince us all that Kiehl’s were her favourite... she doesn’t seem to use a single product now. I just watch her and can’t tell if she’s being honest or not, which is worse than an influencer obviously lying. With others you can tell that they’re blatantly lying about enjoying a product, but it just seems odd how sometimes she’ll just go radio silent. They can’t be paying her enough!

And if she talks about skincare one more time I might actually flip my lid. She’s had SO much work done that any skincare she uses will have a minimal effect, yet she’s trying to shill it all to us and make out as if she’s helping. I know she’s upfront about some of her fillers (some she lies about still) but it’s quite disheartening to listen to someone talk about something and so many say it’s terrible. I love The Ordinary’s skincare so much! It seems to me that where Jamie is concerned, Ole Hendrickson has replaced her Kiehl’s... but her skincare routines are legit worth ££££’s and she doesn’t even recognise that half of her audience might not be able to afford it. And she’s so tit at the disclosures for gifting. I’d rather have my Ordinary retinoid than some fancy one she decides she likes because a brand are paying her.

It’s honestly awful how much pressure they put on every day people. And the argument is “you don’t need to buy it” - but as you say, you sometimes compare yourself and feel like you “need” it. Stephanie Lange did a fab video on this the other day where she outed many influencers and was making good points that it’s literally their job to make you want to buy all this stuff. But I think she lost a looooot of people at showing off her Maria Tash jewellery

I totally agree when she was moaning about not being able to go abroad. Most people haven’t gone for years because they can’t afford it! We’re in a very fortunate position where we go away very often, but I don’t brag about it nor would I want to... it might upset someone who can’t and I wouldn’t want to do that. But in the middle of a pandemic and she’s kicking off that she can’t go on a brand trip... no Jamie, you’re just bitter you don’t get your free holiday

She was just gifted a box of decleor stuff yesterday so expect her to be banging on about that shortly now too. I personally have been using decleor for about 10 years and swear by it but I know that as a brand they are struggling as they have taken all their beauty rooms out of department stores - you used to get an hours facial if you bought two products it was amazing! But there’s been none of that for afew years now even pre covid.
clever move on their part to get her talking about it!! Maybe boost the sales!

Exactly this! One thing that really wound me up was her post with her ABBA hair she said something about forgetting to put make up on and to love the skin ur in and everyone commented natural beauty etc. Lets be real. She has a face full of fillers and has been getting botox for years. She's spent literally thousands of pounds having needles put into her face that her 'bare face' is nothing of the sort. I've nothing against botox or filler do what u like but come on I ts the furthest from 'natural' you can get! Her skin is super smooth because of all her filler and botox. She could literally use nivea £1.99 cream and look the same. Don't get me wrong I get it. She a sales woman that's her job. She's selling products and getting paid or free stuff in order to do so. But I do think its extremely misleading to her audience. Like I said in a previous post someone asked her if she had had cheek fillers and she said no! And she had even showed getting them on a vlog. It was a total lie. OK she maybe meant she hadn't had it done for a while, but I work kn the beauty industry and I know most cheek fillers last for 2 years (anything thays on the bone) she could have said oh I've had them done in the past but no why lie? It's completely unrealistic. It's not just Jamie all these influencers post pics without make up on and que floods of followers comments saying how amazing they look and how they wish they could look as nice as them without make up well yeah u could love if u had thousands of pounds to have a face full of fillers!
