Good on them! Absolutely love the house. Hope she sets up a house insta and is invested in restoring it (in keeping with a house like that), and doing more than they did with the last place.
I hate when people try and super modernise beautiful traditional houses.

I’m pretty newish to tattle but I’m right not sure why my comment was deleted? I didn’t mention anything about the area I just said it was a really nice house and that it needs a bit of work and hope she puts a lot of love and effort into it!

Its a nice area, the house will make its money if she does it up, those houses in that area never really go down in price. You get a lot for your money here, it’s on the higher end of the scale.

Yeah. You get loads more for your money here. You can still get a decent 2 bed flat for around 100k if you know where to look.

Her house looks nice enough, although not to my taste. You could easily get something that's been modernised for the money she's paid. It's a lot of money for a property in Glasgow for sure.
