You simply CANNOT make proper falafel with tinned chickpeas. You can make chickpea fritters or bakes or whatever but they are not proper falafel. Why not simply say ‘it won’t be as good but it’ll work’ when she uses her stupid substitutions

I love this kind of stuff because the only cooking I ever do is put stuff on baking trays so I have no idea how wrong she is but I live for your replies.
I think she's using 'tapas' as a FANCY, FOODIE shorthand for 'eat these things separately'.
