So to get herself off the hook for breadcrumbing cancer she has outed one of her imaginary friends who has loads of kids and aggressive cancer.

I wonder if this is the same very close friend who gave Jack permission to share their WhatsApp message last year within a minute of it being received. Remember Jack said she had, between receiving the message and sharing it on Twitter, sought permission.

In the (miraculously) brief period between a women’s cancer and conceiving my miracle bb I went through an unhinged research period that involved tweeting and emailing the names I found in the few academic papers for my situation. Thank fuuuck all of them were professional and absolutely no one replied to tell a total stranger they’d never met whether or not they could have a baby? Obvs at that time I was on another planet and beyond heart broken but come on any adult w a brain knows no medical professional is gonna help you over TWITTER ffs? She doesn’t even have the excuse of not being of sound mind as she’s now “admitted” it was for someone else. Like how thick an adult are we meant to believe she is in order to believe all her excuses for being a trash person?

What help would she accept though? The only thing that is going to actually help her is HER taking a long hard look at herself, learning what the duck her actual problem is, and she could have done that at any point but chose not to. Maybe at this stage seeking to work with highly specialised therapists who ask her questions that make her feel deeply bleeping uncomfortable might help - but she’s the one who would have to answer them honestly. I don’t think she’s going to do that.
She’s had soooooo many opportunities to just not be tit, and she’s chosen to be tit every time, con fuckloads of money out of strangers (yes, including very vulnerable people), and then demand pity. For a decade or so now. I’m usually v dismissive when people call someone a narc but my word she really is.
She tends to lock her account or come off twitter when she realises her lies are out of control. She needs the time to go back through her tweets to delete old incriminating ones.

Please don't be at all worried by anything Jack said about her "invasive tests". She's sadfishing and talking shite. Having been through the full diagnosis it's absolutely fine and I'm quite a squeamish, physical coward. The mammogram is almost comical and over pretty quickly. If they do see anything they want to look at further and do a biopsy I'd describe as very mildly uncomfortable but nothing to worry about. Fingers crossed for a good result

Even if she just happened to be posting poorly photos in a headscarf at the same time as asking for advice from an oncologist on Twitter because her “friend” was sick, that’s sick.
She'd be great at the Limbo- lower than a snake's belly, and now doing a 'cry for help' post. Sick.
I lost a friend to suicide last year. Her last post on twitter said the same as Jack's final before locking. She absolutely bleeping disgusts me. Beyond disgusted.
Get the help that you so obviously need Jack. Do it tonight.
