Importance of having a “reasonably held belief” too.
People questioning her sobriety - she’s admitted to lying about sobriety over the past few years, plus she admitted abusing prescription meds as well as alcohol, plus her behaviour lately is erratic in the same way it was when she was...claiming sobriety and abusing alcohol and prescription meds.
And ultimately it’s just not a crime. It seems like she’s got the very delusional belief that if something offends her then she’s the victim of a crime.
She’s just a weird combination of so incredibly sensitive but yet so incredibly and painfully dense.
What if this all goes to court? As she wants, she wants her moment in the sun.
The defense is going to get her in the witness box and ask her straight out about the lies she has told, to prove she is an unreliable narrator of her own life.
Is she going to perjurer herself by continuing to lie under oath? Or will she tell the truth finally.
